J'ai pourtant commandé plusieurs articles en 1 mois. 1 des articles présentés sur la fiche n'avait absolument rien à voir avec l'article reçu. A la place d'avoir quelque chose de qualité j'avais un article de bas étage (tissu au rabais, couture qui ne tient pas, accessoires manquants etc).
J'ai alors tenté de contacté le service clientèle pour demander un échange et là je me suis retrouvé face à un mur qui était à la limite de m'insulter. Bien entendu j'ai tenté de laisser un avis défavorable sur le produit en étant tout de même modéré sur mes propos mais la censure est passée par là.
Quand on lit les avis tout est beau et gentil chez Milanoo mais ce n'est pas étonnant puisqu'ils suppriment tous les avis défavorables.

But I have ordered several items in one month. 1 items shown in the form had nothing to do with the item received. Instead of having something of quality I had a low floor section (discount fabric, sewing that does not, accessories missing etc.).
Then I tried to contacted customer service to request an exchange and there I was facing a wall that was borderline insulting me. Of course I tried to leave a negative opinion on the product is still moderate in my words but censorship has been there.
When we read the reviews, everything is beautiful and nice at Milanoo but it's no wonder they remove all the negative opinions. As the response of the brand that you'll can read below this message. As usual they probably say they are doing everything necessary to improve but nothing concrete, just another copy / paste.

"I was searching for some awesome clothing when I came across this site. What I like about Milanoo was that is prices are cheap, but shipping was a bit expensive, Luckily I got free shipping from meeting requirements.

They have awesome shoes and clothing, however, the pictures are a bit misleading. What I saw as burgundy in the picture and text turned out to be a magenta color, but close enough right? I guess. I'm still keeping the product, however, It would of been nice getting the actual color claimed on the site rather than a totally different shade.

alot of the clothing itself had seams loose which had to be cut off, some of the button shirt, have seams in the holes which the buttons would get caught and tangled in.

I would like more pictures of all products though as most shown only the front and back. for the shoes, I would of liked seeing how the bottom treads look like.

But overall, the good things were that there are lots of products to choose from and prices were cheap. Shipping was fast as well and included tracking."

"I am very happy with my purchase from Milanoo. I have been eyeing this dress for weeks and finally decided there was really no reason not to buy. Shipping was a bit expensive, but since the item's price was so much less than many locally available maternity and nursing clothes, in the end it was still a good deal and I'm excited about the hidden zipper in the style which will make it so much easier to nurse after my baby comes. I've never seen any local shops come up with that solution, and it seems so obvious. The item did of course take a while to come, but well within their estimated arrival time. "I ordered a coat/outerwear because it looked amazing on the website. But what I got was cheap rubbish. It totally didn't match the picture, it was a sweater instead. Besides, I ordered a LARGE, but it was the size of a XXS!! I tried to send a refund request, but got a lot of problems with the website. After that, I mailed them and sent a picture along that it was the wrong size. But they were not convinced. After that I sent another picture to prove that the color did not even match. Still not convinced. So they ask me: "About size ,if you mean that we made the size small ,please kindly measure the detailed size of the hoodie and show to us the size of the bust ,length,sleeve length and shoulder bridth with ruler." That is where I snapped and started posting reviews. After spending yesterday for this crap, I am not spending another day for 20 dollars!"

"First off, the boots fit very well, and are quite comfortable to simply wear, even when worn over pants, or jeans; even though they extend to my knee I can sit with them without any sort of strain. The soles of the boots are as sturdy as work boots, and the lugs provide excellent grip. The boots also arrive to me a week before the estimate here, and 3-days earlier than the scheduled tracking info suggested, and shipped across the weekend both Saturday, and Sunday.

A few issues, the material of the upper, is quite thin, and the lining seems a bit weak. I doubt these can handle prolonged use; there's already a small peel above the out-sole near the stitching. Also the ankle belts don't quite have enough slots from adjustment, but that is an easy fix, but there is also a need for belt loops as the loose end of the belt flails awkwardly.

Each boot is in two pieces, the boots themselves, and then separate leg-pieces that are worn either placed over the boots as pictured, or worn zipped under the boots, which makes them fit better for me. These separate pieces were not expected. While it makes adjustment more versatile; it made my boot height measurement slightly-off. With another inch, or two added; they would have been the perfect height. They still fit well, but the height isn't ideal.

Another small thing is that I don't really see much, if any, resemblance to any of the boots Ezio wears in his Assassin's Creed trilogy...they may pass off as the earliest boots he wears at a glance, but that's about it.

Being that there was no real description: I have no complaints for what I got; the boots look as pictured. I'd say it was worth the pricing."
