"just got my order on dakimakura from milanoo today.. the goods are exactly the same with the one you ordered.. the customer service is good as well, when i asked something about my order from this website, the next hours they replied to me.. which is really good, if you haven't experienced an online shopping before, i also might buy more goods from this store"

"Buyers should really read reviews before making purchases. I ordered a dress for my wedding and paid in hopes of receiving it in atleast 2weeks. I even email customer service to verify receipt of payment but had to log on to my account just to find that it would be a little over a month (days until my wedding) until I receive it. The customer service dept is hard to reach by phone b/c they "supposedly are moving to a new place." I never received confirmation emails regarding status or updates on my account. After trying to come to negotiate with this company, no one tried to accomodate me to work something out so I CANCELLED. After all the trouble, they still charged me 30% for restocking. Lets analyze this situation. How are you restocking items that are not made yet? I feel like many buyers like myself are not aware of the fact that items have to made after purchase and it automatically entitles the seller to 30% of the purchased price. The customer service is awful, consider yourself warned."

"My first and last ordering from this website. I was told I would receive my products in 17 days, it took 20 days. I had to write them asking why one of my shirts was suddenly off my order page, they gave me a refund for it, but did not say why. Im guessing it was out of stock, but Im only assuming because I was not notified of why it was taken off after I had already ordered & paid for it. I received my shirts and they are very poor quality, they are extremely to big and not how they looked and fit the girls in the picture. I wouldnt have paid $2 for these clothes. I will be giving them away.bc I dont even want to fool around with their complicated return process. "

"Better than I even expected!!!! Quick shipping and the service is AMAZINNNG! They answered all my questions about my order so I felt really good about it. I ordered a winter dress and a printed button up, along with a bright yellow purse. I advise everyone to use the sizing chart, I did and the dress and shirt fit perfectly!
