"website advertises free gift with purchase, but after online chat with customer service and 8 emails over 4 days with customer service, they could only come up with reasons why I it was my error that the free item could not be added to my order. Very poor customer service and fraudulent bait and switch advertising.
Their reply to my rating is typical of the emails I received, blaming me for the error. Neither I or their online customer service rep on chat could figure out how to get the gift item into my cart. Successive emails told me to "try" various things, but nothing worked and in the end blamed me for not getting the item into my cart. I still believe it was a cheap marketing trick that they never intended to fulfill. It angers me that even here they are trying to blame me for not putting the item in the cart prior to checkout!"
"My experience with their customer service! it has been a cat mouse game for the past three weeks!
I was so excited when i put my order through, i order 3 bathing suits and two dresses. I ordered them specifically for my trip i am taking to Mexico. I sent it through wire bank transfer due to the 1.5% discount. I get an email back saying the money i had sent was short by $17.65. By the time i received that email, my boyfriend had surprised me with mutiple bathing suits, my original order through Milanoo was bathing suits. So i decided that i want to cancel my order, due to the fact that i didnt need them anymore. I did not get a order confirmation, so nothing to my knowledge was processed except for them already recevieing my money order. I sent an email telling them my story, and saying that i would like to cancel the wire transfer and have my money wired/sent back to me. So they told me that i needed to get my bank information, so i gave them all the information they needed in order to make the tranfers sucessful. I wait about 2 days and i get an email saying that my infromation is incorrect, my IBAN number didnt work, But me being canadian we dont have IBAN for our banks. So i told them that the number i gave them is the canadian version of an IBAN number, i know it was right because i got it directly from my bank teller's twice! After mutiple "tries" on their end they tell me that they cant wire it back to my bank account. I get an email from them stating that they can refund the money through my mastercard or paypal. So i gave them my materscard information.. wait 2 days and then they said that it wont work! So they advise me to make a paypal account. So i go ahead and make a paypal account! they didnt ask for any information for my paypal account. So i just gave them my username?! ( i asked the 3 times what information i need from my paypal account in order to complete the money refund). and they NEVER answered back. So i figured that my username must of worked, i get an email stating that i will be sent my money through pay pal and will have it in my account within 3-5 business days! (I get this email on March 21st 2013)! 3- 5 business days pass and i still dont see no money, i then get an email (and by now its been about three weeks of total nonsense, with no money refunded whatsoever) saying that my order went through????!!!! and that it was being processed?!?!?!?! WTF i was so mad i emailed them saying that its been three weeks of me trying to get my money back and you guys have confirned my order?! I honestly felt like they didnt care and wanted to see if I'd go ahead with the order. But no, i dont even want to complete it anymore after three weeks of complaications to get my money back. I was irritated i emailed them again telling them the exact story all over again. I then get an email back and theyre are asking for my Pay Pal account again?!?! (I thought that this was the orginal plan, i made a pay pal account in order to get my refund) So it was like they made me wait another 4 more days, of false hopes that my money was already being sent back. I emailed them and i was furious of course. They emailed me back saying that there was an error with my paypal account?!? and that it could not be processed?!! and that they would give me a 20 dollar coupon?!. First off i dont want a coupon! i want my money back as they had promised about three weeks from now. I ran around my whole city to try and find a way to get back my money and the tell me now that its impossible!? I am still trying to get my money back, and i will not continue services with them, especially reading and seeing reviews with people who have had the same issues. As for the ones who got lucky and got eveything they ordered, that sucks cause i wish i didnt have to deal with this. I've even tried calling their local number and it doesnt even work! This will be the last time i order from a unreal site that has false advertisment. I normally would order off YESSTYLE.COM but i took my chances with milanoo and now i am dealing with the worst customer service ever! I will not give up on this fight until i get my full refund.
My experience with them has been a cat and mouse game, I give them NO STARS!!! for false information that they are a professional company that takes care of their customers. & for the longest process to get my money back. Me being also asian, i have sent money down to my relatives in cambodia! and it doesnt take that long or have that many complications to get money there and back! so that doesnt make sense to me! My whole order was for 133.15, i sent 131.15.
