"I have never experienced a most dissatisfying service from anyone in my whole life. This site was the most pathetic group of people i have ever dealt with in all my days......
I ordered my mothers dress through Milanoo for her to wear to my brother's wedding FIVE to SIX weeks in sdvsnce, they never communicated with me or kept me uopdated with my orders progress until the week 2 weeks before the wedding and a week before the date i asked for it to be delivered by I began emailing them for an update on my order, not only did they reply late, but they gave me an answer that had bells ringing straight away. I was told twice that because it was their sale period that they were unable to do "RUSH ORDERS" at the time and asked for my patience as theyw ould get it out to me on time and for me not to worry..... i emailed them back very frustrated because they should have told me that they would not be able to do it weeks before or even when my order was first placed but they did not. A day before the estimated arrival time they decided to email me and tell me that I was better off shopping around here in Sydney for a dress for my mother and they would refund my money, I was furious and seeked legal action as they just thought it to be ok to just refund the money and get rid of me, they did not offer any compensation for the time wasted or for any solutions to my problem, I ended up being 600.00 out of pocket to purchase my mother a dress less than a week before the wedding day. I am still furious at their lack of customer service and will absolutely recommend to anyone who uis thinking of purchasing anything from here to not put your trust in this site and their customer service, they are ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC..........i am still waiting for my lawyers to get back to me on the background of this company and my next step to putting them down........WARNING............PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK......ITS NOT WORTH WASTING YOUR TIME.......If you really want good service......JJs House did an amazing job on an order i did through them for my dress which i wore to my brother's wedding..........

"I ordered a bunch of things thinking it would come a month later but it took only like 2 weeks! Perfect shipping as far as I'm concerned. :)
As for what I ordered- I chose a denim jacket, jeans (kinda high waist), a bag, and 2 pairs of socks (the lace kind). the denim jacket is so far my FAVORITE!!!! I've worn it about a million times since I got it. Everything is in good condition, and the service was helpful (I had to ask about sizing for the pants). Overall A+++ !

"I ordered 6 sundresses/maxi dresses. It took over 3 weeks for them to arrive. What a disappointment.
Dress #1 was supposed to be red, it's hot pink ( site says red) was made of very cheap material and the workmanship is horrible.
Dress #2 maxi dress, fit too tight all over and was 4 inches; too long. ( I am 5'5") patterned material can't be hemmed
Dress # 3 maxi dress too tight all over and 3 inches too long. (can't be hemmed due to pattern), cheap material, poor workmanship
Dress #4 cheap material poor workmanship, didn't fit, too tight
Dress #5 I couldn't even get it on way too tight, material cheap and poor workmanship
Dress # 6 maxi dress cheap material, way too long. Patterned material, can't be hemmed
I am a size 6 and none of these garments fit. I thought the sizes might be small so I ordered large on all items.
They say if you want to return something get an RMA number from them. Good luck finding where to do that on the site.......rather than pay $50+ to send this back and hope to get a refund, I'll just chalk it up to a learning experience and tell my 8 girlfriends who are waiting to hear about my delivery to stay away from this company. Terrible products shame on you Milanoo.
FOLLOW UP TO MILANOO'S RESPONSE. I did hear back from them with an RMA #. Also checked with my post office and found the return shipping is $50++. If you saw NBC news yesterday there was a report on Chinese companies ripping customers off on knock off dresses poorly constructed using cheap materials. It appears that they are using pictures of models from other sources in well fitting dresses, copying these designs in cheap materials ( and inferior workmanship) that's why when you get the clothes they are so ill fitting.
To sum up my situation, I spent a total of $106, return shipping $50++ ( oh by the way, they asked for photos of the items) GIVE ME A BREAK. Milanoo, you can keep me $106. I'll be emailing my consumer group about this matter so everyone may be informed. My consumer group has approximately 1500 members. I'll email them, they will email a minimum of 2 people each who will do the same thing. I plan on getting the word out to as many people as possible and I'm sure the report on NBC news yesterday will also help get the word out on these type companies. Milanoo, I have my dignity, you have my $106.....hm, let's see who is actually better off. Karma....
UPDATE... Yesterday I placed a review for each of the dresses on the Milanoo website. They appeared at that time. This morning I checked their website and all 6 of the reviews have been taken off their site. AFRAID OF SOMEONE ACTUALLY TELLING THE TRUTH ABOUT YOUR PRODUCTS ? Your true colors are really coming to light ! SCAM SCAM SCAM

"PROBLEMS: Customer Service, Sizes, Shipping

I have ordered from Milanoo several times. Everytime I have ordered, I've used the expited mail process (3-5) buisness days. Usually there is a weekend in there making it longer. Twice packages came after the date. When I brought it up, they really tried to tell me that the package arrived on time, as if I can't count to 5 or 7 correctly.

The clothes are cheap and cheaply made. So you get what you pay for. The last straw was when I bought a one piece bathingsuit. I followed the measumrents (waist, hip, etc), but the probloem is ITS TOO SHORT!

I asked for an exchange. They said they don't do that on bathing suits, they also said I should have looked at the measurments. Problem is, there is nothing there for height. They also asked for a picture. After recieving it, they acknowledged it is too short and that I should have ordered a custom size.

I don't understand how it can be too short, and they did nothing wrong. I also don't understand how nothing is made until you order it, but you also need to order a custom size when you are not given all the measurments. I also do not understand how everything else I ordered can fit, but not this and it is my fault as they claim.

After a year long relationship of purchasing from Milanoo, I have decided this is the last straw. Rude customer service, not acknowledging any wrong doing and also late shipments are too much for me. All I asked for was an exchange or a gift card to reorder (since it costs more to mail it back than a new shipment) . That was more than they were willing to do.

"I was very happy with the products I ordered with Milanoo.com. I would have preferred to call customer service, however, they were very fast to reply through e-mail. My order was late by a couple of weeks, but the products are good quality. I got my wedding dress, wedding shoes, wedding gloves, and headpieces for me and my flower girls. "This vintage-inspired bag that I received from Milanoo is super cute with its distressed texture. I love it so much. It looks even better than pictured! :)
The shipping is very fast as usual with FedEx, the packaging is very nice with the greeting card and they ship the bag in the dust bag which is a plus.
