"Pay attention, company lets you pay for their mistakes!

I have ordered two coats from Milanoo recently. As one coat was in the shop twice for different prices I asked them to make sure, that I am getting the one on the pictures - which didn't happen. They've sent me one, that is totally different from the one I ordered! I already payed 40€ tax and the solution from Milanoo is to send it back to them and pay for the delivery myself!! I told them that this is not an option, because their mistake costs me 80€ then, but they don't care.
The coat I'm keeping looks nice but the fissures are already starting to bulk. Regarding I payed 300€ for it its the worst shopping experience ever =(
I really can't advice anyone to buy anything at this shop. "

"I ordered an America cosplay and it got here fairly quick. A lot faster than I expected. But the sizing was a little off. Everything fit up top, but the pants were to small. Things run rather small in the sizing, but that's okay. I'm just letting the pants out. Otherwise a very good price and a very good cosplay."

The dress itself was perfect ( It didn't fit me but that was my fault and happyly it had holes for carrier (if I wrote that right)) the gloves, socks , pants and the hat were perfect and so was the loop. The rose was a bit sloppy and threads were loose (also in the gloves D:).
The headphones weren't that good from the sound but beautiful.
