"I had terrible service from Milanoo. The sent me a dress 2 inches too short in the front. However, since it is the right length in the back, they refuse to fix it. The picture of the dress on the site is the same length all around. After 4 emails, they still insist that since it is the right size somewhere, they have met their obligation.

BEWARE, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, there is little you can do because their customer service is almost worthless. There are no clear ways to address wrongs with anyone who is trained in resolving customer issues."

"I have placed an order more than one month and nothing..they send you a stupid link with a tracking number which stayed the same since I have opened it...with the same date and location..Beijing...don't trust them I have lost 200 $ with them..and with a fee of 50 usd the transport cost included..they didn't send me in one month the order...a big transport cost for what ?? big thieves !!

They don't give you an answer when your order will come..I have sent them many emails and in none of them thy don't give you details..

"I ordered a really nice jean dress (long sleeve, light blue) and it came within two or three weeks after purchasing it. From what I understand, the company is overseas so it was a pretty good shipping time. They emailed me a tracking number which gave me access to information on arrival dates and where the package was. :)

The dress is great! It came with an adorable belt (which I might use for other dresses too). It fits me perfectly (I used the size chart they have on the site). I asked the customer service a few questions about the coloring, size etc and they were very helpful.
