I bought a galaxy S6 from your store through eBay. I was very hopeful since the store had a very high rating. I received the item later than it was expected. But I did not make it big deal. I received the item yesterday, September 28th, 2015. But I could not turn the phone on. I charged it about 45 minutes. But still nothing came on. The phone became so hot as if it was burning. I was so disappointed. I think the store sold me a defective item. Now I emailed them and waiting for them to respond me. Then I will return the the item. It will take at least several weeks. Then I will get y money back and so on....This is just headache...."

"I don't normally write reviews about companies and sadly if I had written this two months ago, it would have been a positive review. I have a very small design business and decided to give the Monoprice graphic display tablet a try. I couldn't beat the price and the reviews were mostly good. I needed to keep cost down but needed a way to get jobs out digitally much faster. Seemed like a win/win and at first it was wonderful.
And then I started having random and very frustrating display issues with the device. All the boards pointed to drivers being the source so I went to the Monoprice website for the latest drivers. I was immediately presented with two very disconcerting facts...first no versions of the drivers were available on the site any longer...second no versions of graphic display tablet were available on the site any longer. I had to assume they had abandoned this market but since I have experienced really good support from team in the past, I didn't immediately give up hope. I contacted their support and was promptly put into a support nightmare. And so after two months of back and forth with little to no assistance from them, they agreed to take the unit back and replace it. I shipped the unit back to the and they confirmed it needed to be replaced. I was excited until they went dark again and after several more emails asking for updates I was told they are out of stock and I'll have a credit at their store. So here I am with a store credit with a company that I no longer trust and a company that no longer carries the product I need.
So I'm venting here because I feel like I'm out of options."

"I've purchased from Monoprice many times over the last few years and think they have the best prices on some of the best products around; you cannot beat their deals. But, on this last purchase I had to reach out to customer service via email for some info and they never replied. This was the first time I ever had to contact their customer service and I am disappointed in the results; the shame is that had they replied, I would be writing a very different review.
The problem I had dealt with the shipping, I paid for overnight shipping and did not receive the order until the 2nd day but the culprit in this scenario is their delivery carrier, Golden State Overnight Delivery Service, According to the GSO's tracking number, they attempted to deliver on the next day, but the package was not left because a signature was required. I've ordered from Monoprice and other online retailers and have not had to sign for small packages. But they did not leave a delivery notice on the door as most carriers like UPS, FedEx, and the USPS do; the next day when I came home, I found the package on the doorstep. When I looked up the tracking info on the GSO website, they had a signature displayed that must have been signed by the driver (Mike was the name listed) since no one was home to sign. So, they wouldn't leave the package on the first day, but thought it would be OK to leave it the next day with a forged signature???
So my main disappointment is with the shipping, but Monoprice's failure to respond is a close second. I'll probably order from them again, but I'll just use standard shipping. If I need something in a hurry, I order from Amazon, they have always been great with their customer service and shipping."
"I used to buy my home theater cables from this seller. However, the service has gone down the hill. I ordered some cables. It wasn't a lot but I had to email the seller after several days to check up on the status of my order only to be told that one of the items is out of stock. First, the website should indicate whether an item is out of stock or not. Second, as an internet seller, you should be the one to update your customer of the status of the order ASAP, not the other way around. I requested my entire order to be cancelled and just by from another seller at Amazon. I hope they succeed in cancelling the order."
"I was very disappointed by my first purchase. My package failed to deliver and I requested a pickup at the hub. I arrived at the hub and they were sorry to inform me that they mistakenly placed my package on the wrong truck that was headed to another city. I now have to travel back to the hub the following day, wasting time and money."

"I had order over $500 worth of item. Monoprice had 10% Off Site-Wide , applied Code SUMMER10 at the checkout. However monoprice did not give the discount to my biggest items (monitor and headset). After ordering i realized that two of my big items were excluded from the discount. "
"I started searching for a replacement cable for my iPhone a year or two ago and stumbled upon Monoprice.com's website. Since then, I have bought ALL my cables for all family members (and friends) from Monoprice.com.
I especially like the 6' cables which beat the heck out of the short cables that come with your phone, and I REALLY LIKE the 10' cables so I can use my iPad in bed and have it charging in an outlet 7-8 feet away.
The cables last longer and are better made than the FACTORY SUPPLIED ONES, and tonight I just ordered about 14 new cables of the SELECT SERIES MFI cables. They are a little more expensive but I'll try them out. However, even the basic ones I've been buying have outlasted the ones that come with the phone, and they're less than HALF PRICE of the ones sold by other companies.
Their customer service is great, the product arrives in just a day or two, and I'm glad they're doing well as a company.
