"This isn't a glowing review if Monoprice, infact it is just the opposite. On Sept 30,2014 at 10:24am I had a live chat with a Aubrey B. in the c/s dept. requesting an RMA so that I could return merchandise that didn't fit my needs. Aubrey B. said that she had issued and sent my RMA number via my e-mail address. At 3:12pm that afternoon I again went on my e-mail and found that the RMA had not reach my e-mail, so I went on live chat again and spoke to Steve G. c/s. He switched me to Beartrice O. in th RMA dept and she stated that the RMA had been sent and she would resend it again at 3:20pm. At 7:20pm I checked again and didn't find it being sent to my e-mail, so to live chat I went to again and spoke with Victoria M. She again then transfered me to the RMA dept and I spoke with Raquel C. who was very non commital and didn't really want to help me at all. She checked and told me the RMA was sent and that's all she would do. After some back and forth she told me that it take at least 24 hours for the RMA to appear because they are entered and sent on a first come first served basis. I CAN HARDLY BELIEVE THIS IS A TRUE STATEMENT. IF IT IS TRUE, MONOPRICE NEEDS TO UPDATE THE SYSTEM SO THE RMA'S ARE SENT INSTANTLY WHEN INPUT. I finally asked her for a telephone number so that I could call Monoprice. On Oct 1, 2014 at 3:20pm I again checked my e-mail and NO RMA appeared, so I called the number I was given and spoke with Sam who issued me the RMA in a matter of seconds. A big thanks to Sam for taking care of me.

"I recently moved into a new house and ordered 4 TV mounts. After a month or two of moving in and unpacking boxes, I finally got around to installing my TVs. As it turned out, I decided not to use 2 of the mounts ordered. As well, I noticed that one of my mounts never arrived. Even though I was past the 30-day return window, I was able to use Monoprice's online Customer Chat to return the 2 mounts as well as get a full refund for the mount that I never received.
