"Monoprice was great, customer service was top of the line, especial thanks to Jovie (an online customer presentative). I place my order a day earlier, the next day was Columbus Day and they have 10% discount. I quickly went online, did a chat (and connected with Jovie) and ask if I can do something to my order a day earlier to take advantage of the 10% off. The order could not be canceled because it was already shipped. Thanks to Jovie, I got 10% store credit-which is the same thing. Great customer support, the whole thing took less then 2 mins. And Jovie was reseting my account password at the same time! Overall was great experience, and it was my first ever order from Monoprice, but I can see myself visiting and ordering from Monoprice in the future. And trust me, i have multiples project going on, including whole house audio and theater system so that 10% store credits will help! Thanks and Jovie and Monoprice!
