"I ordered 1 simple part for 1 side of my vehicle. I used the corresponding description for this item, reviewed it and sent it and waited for a confirmation email. Never received one.. so I went through my original order and the part seemed to be shipping. It then arrived a few days later in a Huge box. Clearly this was wrong.. so instead of sending me the 1 simple part for one side of my car, I received 4 of that part .... for the wrong side. I called, it seemed to go well. I was awaiting a shipping slip to send back and get the proper one. 2 full days went by with no communication. I called again... and again was told I'd be sent an email. I'm still waiting.. my car is still broken, and I have 4 unnecessary parts in my possession. Terrible communication and service. I now feel as though I'm getting the runaround and it's insane to me. What company wouldn't want their products back? And to satisfy a customer by simply sending the right one?.. it makes 0 sense. If I don't contact them, I don't hear a word. I'm not asking alot. Send me my product and I'll be on my way or, fully reimburse me. "
