"The chosen courier, Hermes, was dreadful, claiming goods had been delivered when they had not, and were totally uncontactable. I thought for sure I had lost my money and my goods. However, seller customer service was excellent, assurances given that they would look into it (which they obviously did as my dress was delivered shortly afterwards) and promised a refund it no thing heard in 7 days.
This is a firm that known customer care - Hermes should take a lesson from them. Hope however that Newchic will stop using this courier of whom I have heard nothing good."

"I have been buying from the website for over a year now as I love their products. For the first time I was sent the wrong items. The assistance I have had to rectify the problem has been awesome. I had to prove the wrong items were sent by taking pictures of the bar codes, Shipping codes and the clothes but thats to be expected then was offered to have the items I ordered re sent or a full refund. I also got to keep the items they shipped as much as they werent my size and style I will find someone or a worthy 2nd hand store to donate to.
