"This company is based in Hong Kong. We live in America and purchased two items. DO NOT BUY from Newchic – They do not honor the written policy on the website.
1. No return contact from the website. Had to contact them through Facebook –

2. They continuously tried to refuse the return of the product. Wanted us to fix the item at a seamstress for $20.00 – They would reimburse us after we sent them the receipt. The repairs would have cost more than $20.

3. According to the website return policy, they cover the cost of sending the product back! “If the return is quality-related, Newchic will cover the cost of return.” They told us in a Facebook conversation they would honor the policy. They said multiple times they would send a shipping label. Now they keep stalling on covering the return. (The zipper will not work properly on the Jacket) And want us to pay.

4. Currently, we are communicating with them through Facebook, Email, and PayPal and they are refusing to honor a written policy they created on the website.

5. The product size was way off. We wear a large – we ordered a 2XL and it was still way too small. So, beware!

6. The second Item still has not arrived!

Although the items are nice looking you are better off shopping elsewhere.

"Bardzo spodobała mi się oferta Firmy dla mężczyzn. Zamówiłem wybrane przez siebie artykuły. Najbardziej spodobały mi się bardzo oryginalne buty. This company held onto my money for 2 1/2 months! "It is always risky to buy shoes in internet. I have never done it before?, but those laced boots were so beautiful that I could not resist ordering them. When I received boots they were too big, even I used Size Guide (which was really misleading). Customer service was very helpful with my frustration. They offered full refund and I even did not have to return wrong size boots. It was really satisfactory. Expecting now my new order."
