"I ordered 2 shirts from Newchic on March 9, 2020. Today is May 1, 2020. I haven't received the shirts or any info from Newchic except for their original email with the order number. They won't answer my emails. When I try to chat with them on their website no one comes online to talk. Instead, I get a message saying I have only 3 more minutes to wait. I have waited as long as 25 minutes with this message on the screen.
Newchic ripped me off for $60. I'm just glad I didn't order a larger dollar amount.
MY ADVICE: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I HAVE SEEN SEVERAL SIMILAR REVIEWS TO MY OWN ON OTHER WEBSITES. ONE REVIEWER COMMENTED: "THIS COMPANY ****." I COULDN'T AGREE MORE!!"

I needed to let them know that shipping item from Canada to China the cost would surpass the value of the garment. I ordered some trousers which arrived and were faulty. Everytime you speak with their customer services team you get someone new, meaning you have to go back and forth an infuriating amount of times to get any answers.
After first asking for a photo of the damaged item, they then asked me to return it. They only refunded me after I persistently chased them. Now they’re refusing to refund the return postage cost even though the item was faulty. It even states on their own website that they cover the return postage cost of faulty items. Refusing to do this is also against the law.
I seriously advise you to stay away from this company.

"Do Not Buy! if there is any chance you may need an exchange or refund – which is likely, because their merchandise is poor quality (and not cheap either— later found same on eBay for 1/4 the price).
I spent 3 weeks trying to get a refund, initially with NO RESPONSE to any of my emails to newchic.com. Finally opened a PayPal Dispute and got an answer from newchic. They mucked me around for another week or 2 of emails and delays before agreeing to a 'partial refund' but only if I 'closed the PayPal Dispute. I argued against this, even seeking PayPal's advice (they said don't do it) but was pushed to the wall by their stalemate. In retrospect I realise I should have Escalated the Claim with PayPal but silly me, I trusted them, and just wanted it to be over. Of course once I closed the PayPal Dispute - no refund! Emailed a few more times to which every email said 'wait a few days' / 'wait 12 hours' etc. etc. etc. 3 weeks, 23 emails, 10 different customer service names (I now suspect these are also fake) SOOOO FRUSTRATING. Lost my money. If you value your sanity, stay away!"
"Only one regret, takes over a month to get your stuff. BUT, cloths are new ideas and good quality. The wait is worth the wait. My out fit was to big, again but, I will say I did not measure correctly. Newchic worked to make a way for me to be happy. I will order again."
