"If you are looking for poor quality, poor customer service, patronizing verbiage, then this is your company. LONNNNNNG wait for items. Flimsy material, and the products smelled like they were dunked in a chemical vat. Trying to return has been a nightmare. They want "pictures" and really do not want to accept return. Their web site states returns accepted if you are not satisfied......well NOT. Order placed 8/17....with speedy shipping. Arrived 9/5
DO NOT order from them. Cheap is cheap but this is beyond cheap quality and poor poor service. First time I have encountered such a company when ordering on line.

"I've always had an overall good experience with NewChic. Over the past year or so, I've gotten a few pairs of shoes, all of which I absolutely love. I've gotten great pants for son, toys/beds for my cat, pillow covers. Shipping is a bit longer, sometimes a very long time, than when I order on eBay or with Amazon, but I already know this whenever I order. Whenever I have a question, customer service has gotten back to me timely. I had one issue with an order recently with a defective **** a shoe that was missing holes for the buckle. I was a little frustrated going back and forth with customer service to resolve the issue, but in the long run I was satisfied. I suggested that in the future, they first ask the customer how they would like to resolve the issue rather than offering solutions that weren't acceptable initially and taking up too much of my time. Other than that, I have had very positive experiences with NewChic and I'm sure I'll be ordering from them again."

"Bought two shirts online. Looked great on the internet, but when they arrived they were equivalent to about a Large in American size, not the XXL they were labeled. Also, the fabric, almost felt like plastic. They don't accept returns unless there's a defect so I would be responsible for shipping them back to China, costing more than the shirts themselves. Stay away from this company."
