this is after 22 messages to them to find out where my orders went & berating thier service
all they state in thier messages is> "we are busy busy busy ...sorry"
then it took 20 more emails demanding a refund over a 14 day period before they refunded my money

I don't get, as long package go out with provided Return label, why they would care how we are shipping, and longer take longer customer forget so don't have to refund back. & why we need to send them copy of track ing package, just try to BS customer. Shipping to China is not cheap to ship from USA, almost same amount buying new shirts from them, and Newchic knows very well this game.
Me and my son are spreading this Policy of Newchic, so others don't loose them money.

As long as I was ordering them, I also ordered some underwear. On May 27, one month and 10 days after my order, I receive notice that my order was canceled because they did not have the shoes in stock. Nevertheless, they had sent me an advertising for those exact shoes – which they don’t even have. I only ordered the underwear item because I was enticed into ordering the shoes.The underwear article arrived and Instead of the extra small which I ordered, I received a large medium.
