"SLOWEST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH, CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS THE WORSE. TOLD ME ON MARCH 7 THAT MY ORDER WOULD SHIP IN 72 HOURS, JUST GOT CONFIRMATION THAT IT HAS SHIPPED OUT TODAY. TALKED TO ABOUT 10 DIFFERNT PEOPLE AT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MOST HUNG UP ON ME AFTER I WAITED ON HOLD FOR 10-20 MINUTES EACH TIME. TOLD ME THEY WOULD E-MAIL ME WITH IN 24 HOURS, AND NONE OF THEM EVER DID."

"I had a great experience with optics fast.com. It was my first time purchasing sunglasses through them and had found the same pair if glasses on another website for a lower price. Optics fast.com matched the price and responded back to me within a day. I will definitely be using their website again and would recommend it to my friends and family."

"OpticsFast carriers many discontinued eyeglass styles, which is good if you hate the new "bold black rims" that take me back to my youth in the 50's. They also check the frames before shipping to make sure there are no defects. However, they can be slow. When I first ordered my new frames, there was no contact by them until 10 days later when they apologized for the fact that they no longer had the frame I ordered. They did give me a discount. However, when I placed the new order for a different style, it was still 8 days before they shipped. It seems it should have been expedited. Otherwise, they seem professional and courteous."

"I placed an order last Wednesday and I became very nervous after I read the horrific reviews. I called back OpticsFast and they understood my concerns. I decided to continue with my order since they did have the best price and they advertised they would be authentic and new. I received my Tiffany sunglasses the following Monday and they were perfect absolutely perfect! They came in a beautiful gift box and a beautiful hard case with the papers. I am so glad the fear of the horrific reviews did not stop me from trying OpticsFast and I would definitely purchase through them again. I will be telling all my family and friends about my wonderful purchase with OpticsFast.com!!!"

"Don't keep records of order on website so you have to keep your own records. Took awhile to get and then I notice that where they welded the glasses was a sloppy job. Did not smooth out the weld so it looks ugly .Hopefully it will hold. Next time will try someone in California."

"The eyeglasses came as described, although I would expect a hard case for Armani glasses but it was soft. The online chat customer service was ok, almost no wait and answered my questions promptly. They also discounted my frames by 20$ because I found them somewhere else for cheaper so that was nice. They did however charge my card twice. They cancelled the first transaction but my funds were still frozen for a month!!
Also the promotion they send you after you buy "leave a review and get some money back" is not true, so leave a review only if you want to.
Doubt I would buy here again. I got another pair of glasses from FrameDirect, their transitions lenses seems to be much better quality, they actually turn grey. The ones from here don't change the color so much.

"Fraud, over the shelf demo defectives products. They simply won't return without taking 20% restocking from you. WATCH OUT. Don't buy from them. Make sure to carefully go through their reviews and see how many people are unsatisfied with them.
There are plenty of other companies selling product, choose someone else and stay out of trouble. Will never do business with these guys again.

"I chose this company because they had the best price for what I wanted. They received my payment and responded by email within 12 hours stating my glasses would ship (free shipping) within 72 hours. They did not. On the 4th day I could not contact customer service. On the 5th day I did and they said my order shipped that same day (120 hours later) and the operator did not understand why I was upset, only stating they are understaffed. I finally got the shipping email and tracking # on the 6th day. The 2-3 day delay means no new glasses for a planned trip."

"The whole process took about three weeks until my sunglasses were returned to me. I paid just under $40 for the repair and just under $15 for the return shipping. The right arm was reattached to the lens with a hex bolt screw, which did not match the others, and was a loose fit. Luckily, I was able to tighten it with a 3-in-1 eyeglass repair tool that I had bought at Target last year. I was disappointed of the loose fit and of the mismatched screw. I would have been better off buying a new pair."

"OpticsFast.com advertises 'Merchandise ships within 72 hrs' but after ordering $200+ sunglasses from them and waiting 3 weeks for an order confirmation, I was fed up and tried to cancel. They would Not let me cancel my order without charging a 20% fee.

-Terrible customer service: They don't answer their phones (i tried calling >8x over 2 days, then they finally emailed me back).

I am a 4th year optometry student and will be an eye doctor soon, I WILL NEVER BE DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH OPTICSFAST.COM AGAIN AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY OF MY COLLEAGUES OR PATIENTS.

Big hassle to order from them. Amazon is much better.

"I recently purchased a pair of glasses through Sears, who filled it through Optics Fast. The frame delivered is not the frame ordered. Sears has done nothing to resolve the problem. Optics Fast is insisting they are entitled to a 20% stocking fee plus shipping and insurance. Apparently, there are many consumers who are similarly situated. It is my intention to sue this company. It is my intention to investigate this matter thoroughly and completely so that I may pursue a class action suit. I am an attorney and I have full intentions to pursue every legal remedy available.
