"I chose opticsfast due to their low prices and good range. Unfortunately the buying process went downhill as soon as I paid via credit card. I put in all my visa details including the 3 digit number on the back of my card, I was contacted two days later asking me to verify a small charge that opticsfast had put on my card which meant I had to go through the hassle of ringing my card issuer for the pending amount (this charge does not show up on Internet banking) I was also told my glasses would ship within 72 hours although 72 hours had already passed. My glasses shipped 18 days after I made the purchase which to me isn't very good. There was very little follow up from opticsfast and I had to chase them up as to why I was still waiting for my glasses."

We order was fairly simple. Nothing was done on time and each time I tried to get information, they just ignored me completely. I used every means possible to reach them and finally they responded, in the nastiest manner possible. When at long last my order arrived, and after they seemed clueless even occurred, it was not what I requested.

I tend to ignore bad ratings on the internet, as sometimes people complain about the most petty things, but the bad reviews on this company are exactly what they are like. In many cases, they were actually not bad enough.
