"I used them to fix a pair of Dior sunglasses and fendi sunglasses. The diors are not fixable, very sad! But the fendis are on their way back to me. Once they received the glasses the turn around time is good.
The website is a bit difficult to navigate.

"Loved that they mentioned their price match guarantee and worked with me to do just that. Answers were pretty prompt. Shipping time was decent, especially since free. I just wish they would put the frame sizes somewhere. I had to ask if I could get a 51 or if it was a 49. They told me I would just enter my preference at checkout. Had the size info been available right away, I wouldn't have had to bother with an email to them and thus waiting to place an order. Only other complaint is the 20% restocking fee. It's really hard to know what glasses will look like on your face. But it seems all the online eyeglass companies impose this charge. The glasses themselves are in perfect condition and came nicely packaged. "

"Terrible experience, my worse concerns with the website came true. After placing the order the never sent, or send a order confirmation... So i was not able to confirm over via email the color of glasses ordered, then when i called they said they would get back to me... next thing you know I have a tracking number for the item in question. Color was wrong and yet they refuse to exchange for correct colorway... very simple request, and seemingly simple problem for customer service turned into a complete fiasco - the below is an email response -one of about 4 in a row - from 'Becky' at their company:

"You can do what you want and I will show you how easily I have an open and shut case with amex.
I will fight you tooth and nail boss, I have your live chat conversation you ordered the wrong item.
It happens, I understand take the hit for it, its your fault not mine.


Becky S."

Furthermore, I would not be surprised if this company is all run by the same person, just uses different names to create layers of separation from problem solving. I should have paid the difference and just bought the pair at a local sunglass shop.

"OpticsFast should change its name to OpticsSlow.

They gave me no indication that the frame I ordered (a Tag Heuer) was not in stock before I placed my order. They gave me no indication after I placed my order that it would take them 3 weeks to obtain the frame, and then another 7 days to put in the lenses.

When I contacted them to find out status, Becky from their customer support team was nasty to me via email and never even provided a simple apology as to why they were taking so long with my order without any communication to me.

I'm never buying anything from them again.

"I will not order from Optics Fast again nor would I recommend their company to my peers. They claim to match or beat a competitor's price. I had to pratically beg the representative to take $15 off the cost of the lenses because she refused to match the price I found online w/ a competitor. I placed my order on 4/7/12. I received an email that said my order would ship in 72 hrs. My order did not ship until 4/13/12 when I emailed their customer service dept to inquire abt the staus of my order. It took nearly 2 weeks for my order to arrive from the date I placed my order. "
