"DONT BUY AT THIS SITE !!!

The customer service is POOR. They are RUDE people. I ordered a glasses at April 16th, but I NEVER receive the item.

I opened a CLAIM in Google Checkout to recovery my money.

"My favorite pair of Gucci sun glasses broke at the hinge. I didn't think twice about repairing them but thought I check the web for anyone who may do so. OpticsFast popped up and I took a chance with them. The process took about a month to complete, but the work done was remarkable and there is no visible sign of it having been repaired. Quite impressed by the quality. Would have like to have had the process faster, but I suppose quality cannot be rushed."

"Do not buy from this site. All of the good reviews written on this site for OpticsFasts are inflated by the owners, probably Becky S.
The site is without a doubt a scam. And the owners, especially "Becky S." are rude. I do not think a single person who used this site has had a nice thing to say about it. BEWARE. Even if the price of your glasses are 30-40 dollars cheaper on OpticsFast, go elsewhere. It is not worth the risk.

"This was a horrible experience. I ordered glasses around 3 weeks ago and they finally shipped today. I had to call to find out that the item was backordered, no one reached out to me. The worst part is that after the wait, they sent the glasses to my billing address which is different from my shipping address. I will never do business with this company again. Not worth the time and frustration."

"This company brags about their customer service skills yet had some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. First, they got my order wrong. Then, instead of sending me a clear notification of what had happened they sent me a cryptic email stating that something was wrong with my order. After spending an hour on the phone trying to find out what happened I found out that the glasses they had sold as "in-stock" were in fact not. However, they had already charged my card for the full price of the item. I was then told that I would not be receiving the glasses I ordered for a full 3 months. After this interaction I sent an email to their customer service center stating my dissatisfaction. I soon received an email from the customer service agent arguing with me that their customer service was in fact fantastic. When I repeated my dissatisfaction in response, the customer service agent "Becky S." proceeded to become hostile concerning my dissatisfaction in a series of emails. Finally, after all this the item that was supposed to arrive 3 months late actually arrived 4 months late. Do not order from this company."

"Worst customer service ive ever experience, Becky S., communicated they did not have the frames i wanted, they gave me the option of a different color, i initially complied, i sent 3 emails regarding the new order & i got no reply so i wanted to cancel my order, the next email they sent me is that the order has already been placed and will be charged a 20% cancellation fee. You know what ill eat that 20% and take my money else where these guys Suck! in Customer Service, the person who i communicated with was Becky S. will never ever do business with them, i would rather pay a premium for better service elsewhere"

"For months I had been trying to find a way to replace my broken sunglasses I have had for over two years. I wanted to find a place to purchase them again but the model in the same color was no longer being made and impossible to find online. So my next idea was finding a place to fix them. I searched online and I found OpticsFast. Not only did they fix the broken part of my sunglasses but they replaced the lenses with the same color and did a complete overhaul on the frames to make them like new again. They were able to repair them for less than the cost of the sunglasses, which is great since I am so partial to the model. "
