"Needed replacement parts for my 2004 Triumph Bonneville. I’m ridiculously extreme about wanting original parts and exact replacement and won’t settle for after-market knock offs. Cross Country had exact replacement parts, right down to the exact screws, screw caps, clutch lever, and other parts that were exact replacement of the original. As always, these parts are more expensive than aftermarket, but definitely worth it. Cross Country did an awesome job of modifying the order when I changed it up, and a great job of communicating shipment and tracking. Will definitely do business with them."
"I bought a 03 Bonneville back in the summer. It was in great shape, but she's needing a little freshening up so to speak. As I'm doing my maintenance, if something looks to need replacing I will buy new and do it. I did my google searches looking for a company in the USA. I found Cross Country, looked at their reviews and decided to give them a go. I didn't need much just an oil seal for the front drive sprocket. The order was filled and shipped, no problems at all. "It took almost four weeks to get the parts (the website claimed parts available), plus very poor conversation. The check the order status link on the website still doesn't even show it shipped. Of several manual shipping notifications only one worked and USPS couldn't tell where it was. Finally received two packages of which the postmaster claimed one was ordered by CCC to be sent back. lol.
Got the parts. Could have ordered them straight from England myself. Hope i can now remember how to put the transmission back together..."
