"It's been nearly impossible to find parts for my Triumph during this whole pandemic situation. Not only did Cross Country Cycle have the parts I've been searching for, but they reached out for confirmation to make sure the parts were, in fact, the correct ones needed for my bike I have. Shipping was super fast. I'll be back soon for all my Triumph needs. Thanks!!"
"Felicia was great to work with and everything was easy. Shipping to a while but I will attribute that to the pandemic."
"I’ve ordered from them twice now, and each time it’s been easy to find what I need, and I love how responsive and out ahead of things they are as they get and ship stuff. Just a really quality business. "
"Parts shipped quickly and arrived with no issues."
"no issues , on time delivery"
"ordered parts and after waiting over a week without any kind of feedback i called 4 times. No one answered and left voicemail but they were never returned . Took over two weeks to get parts from nj? I guess they were special order but they never told me that. They need to be better at communicating with customers . I would not use them again . Next time i will contact Triumph direct since that is all they did and cut out the middleman ......."
"You can order motorcycle parts online from any dealer and prices are pretty much the same, but Cross Country's customer service and follow-up set them apart."
"Unlike other online providers where the status of the part is indicated, e.g., Revzilla states whether a part is in stock, needs to be ordered, or is on backorder, there is no indication of such when ordering from CCBMW. It's a very important consideration when time is of the issue. I like that CCBMW lists items that other sites don't, but next time I order I'll be placing a phone call to get real-time information of what the part's status is, instead of finding out after the fact of placing an order, waiting two weeks, sending an email, and then finding out when the items are actually coming.
This is something that CCBMW really needs to get on the ball with. Every other online provider, from car parts to motorcycle parts to whatever, always lists parts availability. "
"Ordered a tank bag for my Triumph. Communication was great giving me updates on the order. I'm happy with the fit and quality of the product. Thanks!"
"Even though I originally order the part, Cross Country was quick to correct the situation. Thanks Again!"
"Good communication on questions, easy to place order, timely delivery"
"I ordered a throttle position sensor, another website showed it back ordered but CrossCountry was able to send me the part; it even came with the screws and o-rings. It was late in shipping but it got here through a snow storm. "
"good email updates and helpful over the phone"
"Order was placed on 12/03 with a notification that "Most orders ship within 2-5 days, but some special order parts may take up to 14 days." Per email I got on 12/08 the handlebars were not a special order item NOR were they on backorder (unlike the cables, thought the website never said that) but they still did not ship till 12/18. I was told that I would have them by 12/21. Merry Christmas, you get nothing! They arrived on 01/04. No invoice, no packing slip (How do I know I got all the pieces??), box beat to shreds... I cancelled the one item that was on backorder because I don't want to give them another penny of my money. The lady that was replying to my emails seemed nice and polite but I am not paying for nice and polite, I am paying for a set of handlebars for Christmas. FAIL! #YouHadOneJob"
"I ordered my inlet runners two weeks after ordering gaskets from another company, they still arrived before my gaskets! "
