I had a couple of items for two different cameras, and someone there looked at the order and thought that the order conficted with itself. He called me *and* e-mailed me, to determine what kind of camera I had and if I was ordering what I thought that I was ordering. It turns out that, I had the order correct - but in most cases, it would have been wrong, and they would have caught the problem before it shippped!
Oh, and if you might be thinking that the order got delayed because of this? NO! It shipped that night, and got here the next day...(In spite of the fact that it was about 5 PM when I got around to responding to the e-mail!)
If I could rate this company 11 I'd do it!

"The service has been great from this company. The owner himself answers questions directly and goes out of his way to keep you notifed. As an example when I placed my order I was sent an email notifing it was recieved and then one thanking me for the order.
Then when it was discoverd that Aiorborne did not offer 3:00 express delivery to my area, my order was UPGRADED to next day by noon for free. That says a lot about how a company wants their customers to be happy."
