"I put in an order for a Power Book G4 AC adapter, which they sell for 1/2 the price Apple does, and I received it 1 1/2 days later after I placed my order. The product is excellent also accompanied by a 1 year warranty, which is more than I can say for Apple, (AC's are not covered by Apple Care, and are $80 a pop) and their customer service superb. I will definitely do business with them again."

"Very poor order fulfillment process. I ordered 2 iPod accessories and was told that that "my order will process and ship today". After a week I requested a tracking number and was told "due to the nature of our ordering system where we draw from many different locations and sources I may not be notified of an ETA or even a tracking number. I will tell you this: We will deliver the order within the time frame you selected on your order" After 10 business days I emailed again and was told that the item was backordered. What? No one told me that, I was told it shipped. And they already charged my card. Needless to say I would not ever do business with this company again."

"Powermax computer resellers shipped a defective computer ie refurbished Mac G4 with internal hard drive loose causing motherboard damage. They refused to fix. Charged my credit card without authorization. Refuse to charge back. This is going on 1 year. Company refuses to cooperate even after letter to President of company and complaints to consumer protectiuon agencies.

"I purchased an Apple G5 with a memory upgrade from this company. They are located in Oregon. The tech there installed the memory incorrectly and it didn't work properly. They made me send the memory back to them before sending a replacement. I couldn't use the machine during that time. They had my credit card but wouldn't trust me. I decided to order the replacement RAM from somewhere else. They did eventually credit my credit card. I tried to talk to company owners about this incident and they did not respond to my e-mail. I won't be doing business with them again."
