"I returned to PowerMax in order to get a trade-in for a MacPro for my PowerMac. They quoted me an excellent trade-in deal so i decided to go with them again. I received the MacPro in a timely fashion. However subsequently i decided in retain my PowerMac but this in no way reflected on the offer they gave me. I just decided to keep it :)

I had to come back and update this log. I traded in my MacBook 13.3 for the MacBook Pro 17". Got a fair price for the macbook and received excellent service again from Heidi and Scott..HIGHLY RECOMMENDED i will cetainly be back again to them
I got a trade-in for my old PowerBook against the cost of a new MacBook. The trade-in value was fair and all aspects of the customer service was friendly and professiona (Thanks Heidi and Scott). I had to wait 5 weeks to get my refund but this was the timescale quoted and i received the amount correctly. I woudl definitely recommend PowerMax and yes I would use them again, no question!

"I ordered an iPod nano and a silicone case for it. The iPod was shipped without delay; however, the iSkin Duo case was delayed for weeks. I contacted Powermax twice regarding this item and was informed it was on backorder. After two months, I got tired of waiting and cancelled my order.
