"I sold my M1 Mac Studio to SYM so I could buy the new M4 Mac mini. I originally planned on a trade-in with Apple and accepted their offer of about $800. I thought it was worth more though, so I checked what SYM and they offered just over $1,400! That is a substancial difference, so I went with SYM. Even better, the experience was smooth and quick, with email notices every step of the way. I've done other trade-ins with Apple recently that did not go well. In fact, twice I sent in trade-ins and they said the box arrived empty! That took extra time to resolve through phone calls and I had to point out to them that the tracking info showed the box weighed several pounds. It was ridiculous experience. So, going forward, I will always check with SYM first!!"
