"After 6 buisness days of not shipping my item, I cancelled it. On the site, it is written that there is 21 speakers but they say they don't have any. NOTE: shipping method is UPS, who decided not to bother arranging/doing a proper delivery and collecting my signature, but rather to leave my purchase outside on the patio while I was out of town for 5 days. ShopRBC's Chris & Scott contacted UPS, and ultimately a local courier in my area came and re-collected the package and took it to their depot for me to pick up.
