I just got the email from shopRBC that I "should have received my order from" them by now. It was for a Logitech G25. As it stands right now, they are slated for an earliest of November 25th shipment which is constantly pushed back. I instead placed an order with CanadaComputers on a monday and received it by the following Friday in perfect working order on both PC and PS/2.

I did not receive my rbc shipment, yet was instructed to complete the review on resellerratings by RR anyway... so I did ;)

Sure, the G25 is hard to get in. I'm suprised CC had it, and "risked" an order, but it paid off.. so I'm telling everybody I know!"

"Picked up an Intel E6000, Asus P5W-DH mainboard and some OCZ memory from the guys at RBC. I was so anxious to get it up and running the night I got it home but was sadly dissappointed it didn't post when I turned it on. I called the shop before they closed and they walked me through setting up the memory properly to get the unit running. Top notch service not to mention a pro website. Keep it up guys!"

"I am a computer/network consultant and i deal with many different venders. I found RB to be one of the better companies to deal with. For example i purchase the last of the component to a system i am building for myself. When i had it all together and powered it up there were some hardware issues i was not able to resolve, but after calling RB and speaking with one of their techs for about 20 minutes. I was able to identify the issue, fix it, and was up and running in no time.

I find that if you give them enough and the proper information they can help you sort out any issue you might be having with your new component.

I have tried other venders, to save the odd buck or two but in the end the service i received was not worth the savings(which is usally not much.)

I purchase my first(good)PC from them about 8 years ago and have been using and recommending their store ever since."
