"First of all, I have to say the customer service is beyond impeccable. I needed to get a machine for traveling within five days. I decided I did not want to bring my larger machine so found this one online in a Facebook ad so I decided to order it to try it, my customer service with Stacey was incredible. It would’ve never happened unless she was taking care of me. We communicated through email during the day while I was trying to get the necessary paperwork to her 50% of buying a product is that you have somebody that can help you so I first wanted to, mention the wonderful service I had. Now that I received it one day before I leave to leave the country I tried for the first night and I can’t believe how small this devices smaller than it was pictured and the power. This little machine has was surprising . Much better than my larger machine Now I could travel easily by just putting this into a small bag No more sleeping outside in the truck at the hotel while my wife sleeps inside which is a true story by the way. Just so she could sleep without hearing me don’t hesitate with this machine and this company probably one of the best companies I’ve ordered something from or top five"
