After further looking into this, it was established that Sleeplay does not have a risk free trial on the product in question but the manufacturer does offer it. As stated in the email we sent, if the product does not work out for you after troubleshooting, we can extend the 30 day trial as a one time courtesy.

"I ordered a $25.00 part, 2 dc power cords came in a 2pk. kit according the picture. incorrect part received called customer service they were fairly reasonable. Sent incorrect part again, not really the incorrect part not included the short power cord that I needed. Picture on the web site shows one long power cord one short , called again she informed me that the picture was wrong or incorrect on the web site, and that was not correct, but just one long power cord. I informed them that your picture is not my problem I ordered the part based on the picture. Sent me a label to send the two incorrect Parts back but finally sent the correct one after three weeks of waiting. At least they were willing to admit their mistake, took awhile."
