"I ordered a $25.00 part, 2 dc power cords came in a 2pk. kit according the picture. incorrect part received called customer service they were fairly reasonable. Sent incorrect part again, not really the incorrect part not included the short power cord that I needed. Picture on the web site shows one long power cord one short , called again she informed me that the picture was wrong or incorrect on the web site, and that was not correct, but just one long power cord. I informed them that your picture is not my problem I ordered the part based on the picture. Sent me a label to send the two incorrect Parts back but finally sent the correct one after three weeks of waiting. At least they were willing to admit their mistake, took awhile."
