"Surprisingly I had a positive experience with USSA.com. I had a problem with the item that turned out to be my own fault. I called and left email, and they took a few days to respond. However, one of the technicians called and left his cell # on my machine. When I called he answered, and was very helpful. A positive experience, in spite of the slow response time. Maybe they have turned a new leaf."
"Ordered a ECS motherboard. Mb was defective.rma ussued Shipped mb for return ($10.00 shipping cost) USSA elected to repair. Repaired board had same defect. Site would not issue a new rma and no response to email . I have filed a complaint with nys attorney generals office . USSA called and issued a new rma 1 year late. (shipping cost $10). "Items listed on site were missleading. It appears you were buying a removeable hard drive rack, but it was only this inner tray. Contacted the seller, they didn't have the other piece and only apologized. I have had other problems, with receiving the wrong items. They may sell things cheap but the quality and service sucks."
"I'm fed up with these idiots! I buy a board, it's defective, I "PAY" to send back the defective board, they send me another defective board that I also have to "PAY" to send back. Customer service is the worst! They take weeks to respond and months to ship products. STAY AWAY. I've purchased products from them too many times (only because they ship to Hawaii USPS). But now I've learned my lesson!
REMEMBER: They ship the products ... they just don't offer ANY customer satisfaction or support (or rather just enough to make you hate them!)

"I got a Lite-on Dvd burner here. It had a problem but they wouldn't send me another one. They said if I sent it to them they would have to send it to lite-on and that would take too long so I should send it to lite-on myself. Lite-on doesn't do returns so it went in the pile of old drives for parts. Beware of their return policy before you buy."
"Ordered a hard drive - same as everyone else - was least expensive. It came - the drive came pakaged in a most unusual fashion with broken down boxes as fillers for the empty space - not very professional - ran 2 hours and failed. Can not get a RMA to return it. Have tried calling/e-maiing nothing works - the voice messaging system does not let you leave a message - one must suspect that this may be deliberate based on their service.
I lodged complaints based on the e-mail from mrzerobyte - great information - thanks. By the way what is a "reverse Loop"? Would love to call her at 2AM her time. Also found this info if anyone is interested -
