"This company is a sham. Found a toll-free number for them (ha!) ***-***-****, but good luck getting through, but keep calling. BOTTOM LINE: They will steal your money, lie to your face, and after they hang up the phone, they'll laugh all the way to the bank.
I ordered stuff, then after reading this website, I cancelled (took 4 days for them to update the website). However, I have yet to see my $200. At this point, I don't expect to see it returned, and if you cancelled an order or returned an item, you shouldn't either. Kiss your money goodbye. Your time and effort is better spent on the information and links I've provided below.

Company is a front for a larger company called "Netertainment Group, Inc.", also found a company called "Cybernet International, Inc." Jennifer Chang is the process server for the company, do a reverse lookup and call her at home. Many times. Call her late.
Also, you can do your fellow Americans a favor and file your complaint with the California State Attorney General's office to put these Chinese thieves OUT of the business of stealing hard-working people's money.
I did, and you should do the same!

"A case of a vendor truly deserving of their Reseller Rating. Ordered 20 Sony floppys and noted the price was substantially more than that advertised in ResellerRatings and to cancel the order and advise me if an adjustment could not be made. I sent a 2nd email after several days of no contact. Of course the merchandise arrived(at the higher price) and was refused. And, of course, there is still no credit or response to another email sent the day of the refusal.
Stay away!"
"Initially a positive experience, they replied to the order and shipped the CPU quickly. However, the CPU was DOA and it took two requests before I was able to receive an RMA number.
I sent the CPU back on December 2, 2003 and six weeks later still have not received a replacement. Not only have I not received a replacemnt, but I haven't even received a reply to the emails I've sent asking whether they've received it or what my replacement's status is.
So for initial service they get an 8 out of 10, for their RMA service they get a 0 out of 10."
"Ordered a 128M notebook memory. Guess what I got?
A 64M memory! And the part number on chip is different! Real Crap. Avoid this merchant unless you have enough time/money/energy.
Sigh."
"I found my video card at this website for about 5 to 10 dollars cheaper than all other websites. Delivery was fast and product performs well.I would order from them again."
"Well, it was cheap. And it showed up in 11 days. And it works. But I don't think I'm buying from these guys again. They double charged my credit card (after repeated calling they removed it). They don't list their phone number on their site, which is ***-***-****. They don't answer the phone 80% of the time and their answering machine won't record messages.
All in all, a poor & worriesome experience."
"***bad sellers*** These guys sold me a computer with broken parts. bad hard drive bad cables inside (ide cable disentegrated) fan rated too low for the processor it was on, and dead floppy. essentially they built a computer out of dead parts. I complained and got nothing. Then they sent me someone elses order (stick of memory) I told them I would returm it when I received my requested RMA. Never happened. I contacted the guy who ordered the memory directly and he said he had cancelled the order because they were jerks to him. "
"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I placed an order from USSA.com three days ago. I did not receive any email from them. I found their phone number on this site. I called them to find out the status of my order. They told me everything I ordered was back-ordered and it would not be in for about a week. This is after they already charged my account for the merchandise, without them even having the product. After reading the posts on here, I immediately cancelled my order. I am just hoping to get my account credited. By the way, brush up on your Chinese if you need to speak with them ***-***-****).
12/26/03 - Update - I cancelled my order on Dec. 19. They told me I would receive a cancellation email. Instead, I received an email that my items were shipped. (After they told me 2 hours earlier that they did not have them in stock). I am tracking it on UPS, but it is still in CA (a week later.) I will post an update when I receive these items."
"After purchasing blank media, I got an email stating that they were out of stock on that particular media, but would substitute an inferior brand for the same price. I was also given the option to cancel the order, which I did, and they sent an email verifying that the order was canceled.
I went to my credit card site and saw that I was charged for the media the same day I ordered it. I emailed them back to inform them of the mistake. After 4 emails to them (only one of which they replied to) I had to take the matter up with the credit card company. I finally got my money back after 6 weeks, no thanks to USSA. They received my last order!!"
"Bait and switch - offered MB/CPU combo with 2100xp processor - forcing me to take a 2000xp processor at same cost"
"I ordered a PCChips M810LMR from USSA's website. They shipped me a M811LU, with a receipt that had - off all things - the proper order info marked out with blue pen and altered to this different board. If it were comparable I might see what was going on, but aside from costing considerably less, this substitute board has none of the features I ordered the board for in the first place. It doesn't have video and doesn't even take the same type of RAM! I wrote them, asking that they refund the cost difference and send the rest of the retail kit (they shipped me a bare board at $48, the M811LU on their site at the time sold for $42 in retail kit form). They took about a month and a half to tell me 'OK'. Now it has been yet one more month, no chargeback, no retail kit, and no more response to emails. I don't think there are words to describe how bad this vendor is. "
"Having ordered a CDRW drive I changed my mind a couple hours later and cancelled the order after reading the ratings this company received. USSA still debited my credit card. Now I have the hassle of recovering my money. Be wary of this company."
"Costumer support is not existent. Sent daily emails but did not receive any response. Just got an email back to an RMA request which is a cut and paste of their policy. Jeez! Thanks, but I can READ!!!!
Completely incompetent and the worst service I ever got.
Shop around, do not buy here. They want to get your money first and quick and then charge for restocking, credit card fees....
What a shame!"
"I order this motherboard with the assumption it had on board video as the site said. got the motherboard in and the drivers are BURNED on a CD and not even the originals..
The board does not have on board video like they said....
Atleast it was shipped in a timely manner..
Now I hope it works...."
"My extremely poor experience matches what the other negative reviewers have been saying to a "T". I wish I had known about review sites like ResellerRatings before I had made the mistake of ordering from them.
Like others mentioned, I received a request for an "address confirmation" before my credit card could be charged. The charge to credit card then proceeded without any feedback as to when the hard disk I ordered would be processed or shipped. After a week I attempted to contact them two consecutive days by email, with no reply. Then I requested to cancel the order, upon which I received the following reply:
Subject
Cancellation of on-line purchase from USSA.com
Dear Mr. Sindelar:
We've cancelled the 9/2/03 5:14:36 PM order (confirmation number #1077805)
you placed with USSA.com.
Comment on this cancelation: out of stock
If this is incorrect, please let us know by replying to this e-mail within
24 hours. Thank you for shopping with USSA.com!
Over two weeks have passed with no refund, and I suspect, based on the number of people that report the same types of problems, that ussa.com is running some sort of financial scam. Please, for your own sake, stay away from this company!"
