"I went to the address in San Bruno and it was a dental office parking lot. No sign, and only found it because a lady was at the dental office to confirm the dentist rents out some of his spots to Way.com. Free shuttle is actually calling a Yellow Cab who has an agreement with Way.com. I left reservation form on dashboard as instructed. Came home a week later to SFO, only to be told Yellow Cab can't pick me up without reservation number which was on dashboard in car. I asked the dispatcher to take me there and I can give him the number from the form in car. No couldn't do that. I took a Yellow Cab to car and called dispatcher, he told me this Yellow cab wasn't the same company. I paid $22.00 for a 1/2 mile ride.
Does it take a genius to take the customer to her car, if she has a reservation number, no charge, if not has to pay cab driver. Stupid doesn't cut it after a 6 hour flight. Fly by night operation in my opinion."
"Purchased tickets through way.com for a movie with my friend, the theater people didn't honor the tickets, they had a reaction as these are some fake tickets and they gave me a cheap look and said that they are not going to allow that, so I purchased the tickets again and in the meantime I tried contacting the way.com customer service they asked me to mail them about the issue, I had a movie in 15 min and I need to email them about the issue, WOW.
Later on, I wrote an email asking them for help regarding the issue and they never replied me back.
I hope this is some scam website never purchase through this website."
"I made a reservaction on online for 17.99/night parking and 17 hours before my check in time, Way.com emailed me that they overbooked and need to park to somewhere further and cheaper (yeah, of course they refused to refund the price differences).
I called the customer service, the agent said I need to cancel the order online. I did as what she said, but the website only gave a message that REFUND NOT POSSBILE.
So I called the second time, the agent said he will help to cancel my order and I will recevie a cancellation email shortly. But the email never showed up.
I called the third time, the agent said their website and system are under maintance so she can't cancel the reservation for me. The only thing I can do is emailing the support team.
I emailed the support team, and again, no one replied.
I called the forth time, this time, finally someone is willing to help. The agent cancelled the reservation and I received a cancellation email immediately.
Finger corssed for the refund.
And I am really confused why they can refuse the refund the difference in parking fees?"
"Reserved more than a week before my trip. Credit card charged in full. Showed up at Jiffy Park in Newark. The lot was full, and they would not honor the reservation. This was my first time using way.com. "
"We made advances reservations through way.com for parking at Midway airport in Chicago. We were very upset to find out that the lot sold out earlier in the day and would not allow us to park. This left us trying to find parking at the last minute. Way.com’s response was that their providers have the right to cancel at any time. So why use way.com to make an advance reservation for parking?!? There are too many other reputable sites, that we’ve never had an issue with, so we’ll never again use way.com"
"I waited at airport about 1 hour to get so called free shuttle taxi to pick me up. Surprised it’s somebody’s house parking space, very dark and hard to find, very unfriendly parking.horrible and Scaring experience.Took me total almost 3 hours from airport to finally get my car.hope others won’t suffer like me."
"Horrible customer service. I made an airport parking reservation and was turned away when I got there because Way.com had overbooked. As if this wasn't stressful enough, a Way.com agent directed me to a different parking lot that they refused to refund me for. It was triple the amount of my original reservation.
I ended up losing a lot of money AND almost missing my flight. Way.com is not a company that respects its customers or the anxieties they go through. I highly discourage anyone from using this website."
"Did an online booking for the Airport parking at Days Inn suites Atlanta through Way.com. On arriving at the Hotel there was a Notice on the Hotel door that they are not accepting any Parking payments done through Way.com. Finally i had to pay the hotel direct again to park my car. There was another couple too had made the booking and faced the same situation. After three months the bank comes back and takes the refund back saying its a valid payment transaction. Beware of using Way.com."
"Used Way.com to book parking at WallyPark Orlando. Easily made the reservation online. Printed my invoice. Arrived at WallyPark and the airport shuttle met me at my car. On return I caught the WallyPark shuttle without a wait. At the WallyPark exit I present their ticket along with my Way.com printed invoice. Confirmation of my payment took about 30 seconds and then the attendant opened the gate and politely thanked me. It was a good experience and Way.com's prices are the lowest."
"I mad booking with way.com they cancel my booking 1 day before. did not refund money after three months "
"They did not honor my parking reservation, were unable to solve the matter in a timely fashion (which is important when parking for the airport), and after promising a reimbursement for the additional parking expenses I incurred due to their error, they failed to follow through. Every time I have reached out to customer service to follow up on the reimbursement I get the same canned response without any regard to our previous communication. I called and left a voicemail two weeks ago and have never been called back. I doubt I will ever see a reimbursement for the parking that cost me 5x what I had planned to spend when originally booking with Way.com. Even worse - when I arrived at the hotel I had booked the parking at, they indicated I was one of many people this had happened to!
I highly recommend AirportParkingReservations.com - when the lot I had originally booked through them was closed they upgraded me to a closer lot with valet shuttle service. Now that is how you run a business!"
"I was sent to a location and upon arriving at the parking location I was told that they are not accepting 3rd party reservations at this time and I was sent away. I immediately called Way only to get a Voice Mail. I had to find my own parking location. Way refuses to refund me and wants proof that I was sent away. If they would have answered their phones or even maybe called me back this issue could have been resolved at the time I was turned away. I would advise anyone looking for parking to look somewhere else these guys have a dishonest business practice.
They are even fighting me through my credit card Company. I refuse to pay for something that was not delivered."
"Confusion about a reservation about a parking lot and paid twice. When I attempted to resolve it, it took FOREVER. They were essentially non-responsive. No one returned my calls until a review was written. Turns out they could have EASILY cleared up the confusion (and saved me an ENORMOUS amount of time) had they just communicated with me. Things could have been figured out easily and quickly. So, despite the fact that they eventually refunded me my money, don't want to do business with them. They made me do all work and do all the follow through on my end. (Even after refunding me my money, they still didn't even communicate with me about it)
So, still won't use their services. Customer service was definitely NOT their top priority. "
"Prepaid for airport parking. They cancelled with no notice and kept my money. Never got my refund and almost missed my flight trying to find another location to park. Did not receive an email until days after my reservation has been made."
"DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
Very frequent traveler out of Logan, thought that I could save some bucks on Logan parking, but instead of saving money, I will spend more. All seemed relatively fine upon I left my car on Friday May 26th, I had a very expensive cologne in the door pocket, driver side. When I came back on Monday 29th, Memorial Day weekend, got my car, and left. When driving back to my destiny in Saco, Maine, realized that my cologne was gone. It was a Chanel Bleu EAU DE PARFUM, 5OZ that cost $150. Be away from them.
