"For a number of years we have used the Park & Jet parking lot when flying out of the Philadelphia airport. It is a gated & lit outdoor lot where I know my car will be safe while I am away on a trip. It is manned 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and has multiple shuttles operating simultaneously to carry passengers to/from the airport.
I learned about WAY.com, a service based in California that was offering a lower price for parking at this same lot than if I were to deal directly with Park & Jet. Considering the number of trips we take in a year, WAY.com sounded like a cost saving solution.
Back in the beginning of Nov, 2018, I was putting together a trip, and decided to give WAY.com a try; booking and paying for a 9-day parking lot stay at my old standard; Park & Jet.
The trip was set to begin at 2am on Feb 2, 2019. The night of Jan 31st I received an email from WAY.com telling me that my parking reservation had been moved to the parking lot of a Philadelphia hotel located beyond the originally paid for Park & Jet lot, and in fact, past the airport itself. The next morning I called WAY.com and was told the Park & Jet lot was overbooked, and so they were moving me to a more expensive lot at WAY.com's expense.
I asked to be switched back to the Park & Jet lot that I originally booked 3 months earlier, but was told there was nothing they could do about this overbooked situation; end of story. When I looked up this alternate lot on WAY.com, I found that they were running a special price for it, which would actually end up making my stay cheaper; cheaper for them but not for me.
So the next morning, we left the house earlier than usual to account for the added distance. Thanks to our GPS, we found the lot behind the hotel some distance past our usual lot and the Philadelphia airport. There were no attendants or help to point out a parking space, no fence or gate to guarantee the safety of our car, and instead of being greeted at our car by a waiting shuttle, we had to trundle our luggage into the hotel lobby. Next we had to wait roughly 20 minutes while the lone shuttle driver returned from a previous airport trip; our anxiety levels increasing with every minute of delay.
Finally, we did reach the airport in time to get through security and make our early morning flight. But the experience is one I do not plan to repeat. We will never pass this WAY(.com) again."
"
We booked airport parking 1month in advance. I chat with Way.com couple days before my flight to make sure everything is good. The morning of my flight when I went to park my car I called that place-Schiller park few times-no answer, few minutes later I called again and the guy told me that they are having technical issues, parking lot is not available. I was so upset! I was traveling with 2 little children, it was 6am, flight was at 7.45am, I had to go to a nearby parking lot and pay overprice. Why nobody did contact Me in advance to inform about the issue??? The guy who I talk to from Schiller park said that he will issue a refund, and did not even apologize for all that! "
"Booked car parking through Way.com. When we arrived the lot was full. We were advised 50 cars were scheduled to be picked up that morning and the owners did not arrive. There were only about 50 cars in the lot so can't imagine every one was planning to leave the same morning. It took 30 minutes to find another lot at the last minute at three times the cost. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH WAY.COM!! Should have looked at the ratings before booking!"
"I booked airport parking two months in advance for Ft. Lauderdale airport and on the morning of my flight when I went to park my car they told me that they didn't have any parking spaces available. I was so disappointed I had to go to a nearby parking lot and pay triple the price. This company is a BIG fake. I tried calling customer service many times and they never answer the phone. The keep you on hold for 20 minutes and then they hang up without even letting me speak to anyone. Two weeks later I am still trying to get a refund."
"Made parking reservation for LAX a month in advance. Night before they texted me with a new location - SAMS parking - Ok, -went there in the AM to park for flight - SAMS had no vacancies - said that Way.com oversells their spaces and he is always turning people away. No customer service at Way.com on weekends. We had to go to Wally Park at last minute and pay high prices due to not reserving in advance. Way.com refunded by charge - but the point is I had to pay triple for last minute park at Walley Park - You don't need this stress if you are trying to catch a flight. Book parking directly at venue - and STAY AWAY from this RIP off company. "
"Like a bait and switch. Made a parking reservation at my regular lot via way.com and they over booked so I was sent to another(by the lot I wanted to park at) lot that as it turns out won't honor the price I paid. I sent two emails to way.com because no one answers the phone. From what I'm reading here I won't be expecting much in terms of customer service so I'll file a charge back with my credit card company. Never again. Way.com should be shot down. I may even file a complaint with the BBB if it will done anything."
"Booked a long term spot at Midway Airport for a vacation trip. Showed up at the appointed time and found out there was no room for my car. Way.Com oversold the parking lot. I had to drive down the street and pay the going rate for whatever lot I could find. Worst part is Way's reaction. They didn't apologize, didn't offer anything. Just said they would investigate the claim. Two weeks later they still haven't issued a credit on my card so I refused the charge.
Stay away from this site."
"I booked parking at way.com. When I arrived at the lot (at Ramada hotel near Atlanta airport) there was no spot. The receptionist told me that way.com overbooked and I should call them to be relocated to another lot. Calling did not work. Nobody piked up the phone and in general their phone customer service is non-existent. Chat works but with limited time before the flight it was not an option. I ended up parking at a much more expensive place. After complain way.com refunded what I paid them (but not what I had to pay elsewhere). The original way.com order stated "Your parking reservation is secure and guarantees your parking space when made right here on way.com". My conclusion is that way.com is a scam. Do not use it!"
"I live in Calgary booked parking in Calgary. Charges started at $26, when booked it became $40. My credit card was billed $54 because they charge in USD. nowhere on their site is this declared. Now after many emails they still have not provided any receipt showing their billing is in USD. And the real kicker is I should have booked parking at the same hotel for $20 less.
They are a rip-off! Do not use this service. "
"I’m forced to give 1 star but I’m giving 0 stars for BOTH way.com and Wally parking. First of all, I initially signed up for a different parking company, way.com automatically changed my order and sent me a notice via email without consulting me first. AND THEN, when I get to Wally (near SeaTac International Airport in WA), the gates are blocked off with a sign that said “lot full.” I assumed they took into account/included the number of reservations as well. So I parked at retail visitor parking and I walked inside to the main office and mentioned my reservation, the parking attendant cut me off and said JUST WAIT MAAM. I waited patiently and then asked 10 minutes later, “hi, I have a flight to catch. Could you just open the gate so I can park? Or point me where to go?” And she said, “you’re going to have to park somewhere else. Don’t you see the lot is full?” I said, “what?? Park where? I made a reservation way in advance. And why didn’t you tell me when I first got here.” And she said, “don’t worry you’ll get your refund.” I told her that’s not the point, and I asked to speak to the manager. She said he’s busy. What is the point of reservations then??? The attendant and manager were not apologetic for the situation, and could care less that I had a reservation. Good thing I’m an early traveler.. if I was running late, I would have missed my flight because of you all. Unbelievable. The parking attendant told me, “you better hurry up and go find parking at other lots, because EVERY lot around here is booked completely.” So she knew that she was possibly sending me out there with nowhere to go, and not even a single sorry or F given. THANKS GUYS ! Go to other websites, they will tell you if reservations have been overbooked.. or just arrive way earlier than usual and drive around the area to look for open lots. There are cheap lots, cheaper than this site is charging anyway. I learned for next time and will be driving around without making an online reservation. It’s safe and cheaper that way. There was another family that went through the same thing, and we helped each other find parking and realized we got a better deal."
"Super sketchy company. I tried to claim a price match for airport parking and was approved. When I went back to their website to complete the booking it conveniently wouldn't let me book even though there was still plenty of available parking. Their excuse was that all "way spaces" were booked. Their business model seems to be overcharge for services and then to tell customers there's no longer availability if they try to claim the price match guarantee."
"There needs to be a 0 stars rating. 1st I used way.com to park at Red Carpet Inn in College Park, Ga cuz it was cheaper than using Lyft from my house. I got there and it looked ran down. The manager said the shuttle driver called out. So who tf taking me to the airport? "I'm just telling ppl to go to the airport." Its entirely too early & close to my flight time for the bs...I paid $9 for a Lyft. Coming back, I called to see if the shuttle was good to go. NO ANS! I get a $12 Lyft to get my car. I paid 3x as much as the damn parking for a lyft both ways! Complained to way.com and they offered me damn way bucks. I didnt use that $h!t to pay Lyft and this was a hell of an inconvenience. F*!% this sheisty dirty ignorant hotel and way.com for lacking in customer service where this piece of $h!t hotel left off. I can park anywhere. I wanted to save on the lyft's it took to get there!

"I paid Way.com in advance for 2+ weeks of airport parking, but when returning from our trip discovered our car had been stolen. My vandalized car was recovered by the police and in addition to refusing to pay for one cent of the $1,000 in damages, Way.com still wants me to pay them for the full two weeks of parking. Way.com asked for the police report and pictures of damage, but after I submitted that information they have ignored my request and have done nothing to refund my parking fee -- hoping, I'm sure, that I will just go away.
My advice: STAY AWAY FROM WAY"
"Way vendor was closed, so had to park at airport for 30.00 daily. Way accepted no responsibility for their vendor?
Don't Use"
"I booked this company during my journey and they exceeded my expectations. They were very professional and
personable."
