"I contacted Way because their site says they will beat any prices lower than theirs by 25%. They told me to send the info via email and they will take care of it. They never contacted me back, and hung up on me every time I called. Shame on Way.com . Won’t ever use them again!"
"Flying out of LGA (NYC) at 7:00 am. I had booked for long term with a vendor specified on the way mobile app. The vendor profile does not indicate the lot is open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. Only, after I booked and paid the email indicates the location hours and shuttle service.
I had no clue, I called Way support. The person speaks horrible English and offers no support. Though she does offer to provide a full refund. BTW I did get.
With only 90 minutes to spare, I had to select the first lot which cost three time more. I did reach out to Way and request to speak with someone in management. They refused to provide a name.
I strongly recommend you use another service or app. Never will I use this service or recommend to anyone in my network. "
"I have operated a parking lot at Jacksonville Airport FL, this company started to offer our parking spots at a very discounted rates to customers (50% off) When I called and asked them to stop selling at this rate, they agreed to change the rate and compensate the difference to me. I honored their word and kept accepting the customers during holidays for a price of 2.99 a/day (unheard of) When time came to pay up they disappeared. It is a scam, this company is no good for any of its offerings.."
"AVOID AT ALL COST. I reserved parking from there a couple days before my trip down south. I show up to the parking garage place and they told me they cannot honor any reservations from way as they are out of spaces. I was a couple hours from my flight! I ended up paying double at the parking spot. I emailed them and told them they almost made me miss my flight, an active duty service member trying to spend time with my family on leave. Customer service just said great! heres your refund. Horrible experience. "
"This company is scandalous! I paid for a space in a "lot" which was nonexistent, but a space in a private neighborhood at an abandoned home where the driveway was fenced shut, and when I found this out and notified them, they were quite unconcerned and encouraged me to re book another space. I was forced last minute to rush to the airport and park in long term parking for $435 and disputed this with them and they again didn't care to refund me a penny after breaking the contract. This is the worst company I have ever contracted with and have to strongly discourage anybody who may be thinking about using their services as this problem is bound to happen to you too causing unnecessary additional fees/problems before your vacation. Don't ruin your vacation or miss your flight like we did because of them! They truly ****. I am very frustrated and angry with them and will continue to tell everybody who will listen to me to avoid this company at all costs. If I could give them a 0 or less stars I would. I am ****."
"When I got to the hotel to park…. They told me that they have discontinued airport parking with Way.com a year ago. They finally agreed to let me park if I book a $112 room for a night. They do not have a shuttle, so I had to wait for a cab. By the time I got to the airport it was too late to check in luggage and had to delay my vacation travel to Tampa by a day. I was expecting that Way.com will reimburse me for this reservation + the $36 cab to airport + $26.50 back to hotel, but they have no compassion. Do not recommend! Stay away from this service!"
"We have leased a property and start operated parking facility in June 2017. A couple of customers showed up with way.com reservations for our parking lot although we never had any agreement with them. We decided to honor them for the sake of customer service. One thing was very odd the rates were 55% cheaper than our posted rates. After 3 months of struggle we had finally reached someone called "Mo Sigh" . Initially he was very accommodating and apologized and insured that he would adjust posted rates to our regular rates that we charged our walk in customers. After another three months rates were still almost half of the price we were posted elsewhere but WAY.COM was pumping lots of customers with lower prices, we did not want to turned the customers away especially during Christmas holiday season. Although he promised to compensate the difference In the meantime Mr. Sigh continued to give us all types of run around, from computer problem to major overall of systems. However 75 reservations later we found out that all was a scam and they simply fraudulently sold our parking lot half of regular price and pocket all monies.
If you planning to do any types of business think twice this company is a scam. I have reported to BBB and State Attorney in Florida."
"We reserved a parking spot near SFO but when we arrived to the address (at 430am) there was no such parking space/lot. After 45 minutes of giving me different numbers to call their Customer Service could only confirm there was, in fact, no actual parking space and offer me a refund. I did not need a refund at that point, I needed a parking space immediately.
Maybe this service works sometimes but do you want to take your chances when you're trying to catch a flight? As far as I can tell this company is a scam, and base don all the other reviews I'm reading here I'm not thing only one to come to that conclusion."
"I used their service to purchase parking only to be denied entrance when I got to the lot. I was told to contact way.com for a refund. I did and they refused to give me a refund without submitting a receipt for parking I purchased through someone else? They are a total scam"
"I booked parking for JFK many months in advance. We showed up at out parking lot to find the office empty with a sign stating that they were no longer accepting reservations and there was no shuttle running. There was a couple standing there who had just returned from vacation. No one picked them up so they had to take a cab and they had been waiting for over an hour at that point for someone to show up with the keys to their car (they were still there waiting when we left...).
I was on hold forever without getting through to way.com, no one was answering the number for the parking lot and we were going to miss our flight so we had no choice but to park at JFK's long term parking and had to pay another $282 on top of the $110 I had already paid Way.com.
Originally, way.com told me to submit my receipt and they would refund me the difference but then decided that they were not going to do that but if I sent them my info. on what I already paid them many months ago, they'd refund me that amount (how f'ing kind of them!!!).
Never using them again."
"we show up at 6am in a horrid neighborhood, to a lot that is a little fenced area next to two stores that are closed, there are phone numbers on the wall but no one answers. Our flight is leaving. Went back upon returning to see it in daylight, equally scary, two big hoodlum type guys siting outside, they got annoyed when I took pictures. BEWARE. Anyone can sign up to be a parking lot and God know who is driving you to airport. Glad they were closed/ COst us $150 more to get a legit lot and were lucky to find one. Way did not stand behind their service/ They admitted they dont really know where you are parking or who is driving you in what vehicle. DO NOT under any circumstances try to save on parking and us this unless you go in advance and check out that the lot is a lot and not a street corner and who knows what is going to happen to your car while you are away///really....think about it. Your handing over your car and keys and you may never see anything again, and you will trust them to pick you up when you return. Go to a PARKING SPOT company or a place that you know is legit. I can go on line and say I am a parking lot. MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER

"I used it a couple of time for parking near SeaTac airport- first time it was at a Red Lion hotel, where the parking and shuttle service was fine, second time it was at Motel-6 and their shuttle did not come to pick up after multiple calls and over an hour wait.. to top it off when I took a cab to the Motel-6 they claimed they never received a call from me.. I recognized the voice and accent of the guy at the counter as the one I had talked to 4 or 5 times. Calling way.com to report the problem was useless, they said they'll send me an email to reimburse my cab fair- never received that email (yes I checked the junk folder)."
