"I purchased airport parking through way.com. I used a credit card that I had not used in over 8 months. It was the only purchase I made with that card. Within 10 days, fraudulent charges started to appear. I am now 100% sure my info was stolen from this transaction.

I used a different card four months later for a similar purchase on Way.com. Again about 2 weeks later, more fraudulent charges appeared. All the other purchases on this card were at local (non-internet) merchants that I have been using for years.

Thank goodness my credit card company caught it and I was not responsible for any of the charges.

"Well how do I start this so I don't just go on a rant but give an honest review based on my experience.

Back in February I placed an order for parking in O'hare airport, thought it was a great deal and nothing more of it. My travel was booked for June 16th so thought I'd better get ahead and be worry free ahead of time, but boy was I wrong. A couple of days before my travel I tried looking up the timings for the shuttle service since my flight was at 6am and when I couldn't find the information, I decided to call them, when I spoke to a lady Shem, I asked about the shuttle service, etc and when I gave her my booking reference she said they no longer provide that parking lot since it has closed down! Entering in panic mode 48 hrs before my flight I asked why had I not received an email, phone call or text to advise me of this and she just simply didn't have an answer, she tried to book me another one at a much higher rate almost twice of what I'd initially paid and argued the fact I wasn't happy to pay the extra but she was reluctant to proceed, she said she'd speak to her supervisors and get back to me and asked me to send her an email to back up her conversation with her supervisors about my issue. Sent 3 emails and never received an email or a call back, I called the following day and could not get a hold of her (straight to voicemail) eventually someone called me back (listening to the countless voicemails I'd left) and when I explained the issue she said she couldn't help and would get Shem to call me personally. I ended up buying another parking order at 1.5 times what I initially paid for to be safe for my trip. I got back 2 days ago from my holidays and have been trying to get in touch and it's not possible (voicemails left but no returns and emails sent and no returns) and to add insult to injury, I have not been refunded the money I paid for in February, even though the order has been cancelled. So I guess when things go fine no issues but when things go wrong with them there's no way to find them. I guess my next step is to find legal counsel and see what can I do to get my money back!
