"This website as a whole seems pretty cool but I have only experienced the parking. I needed to park my car somewhere for cheap near the Oakland International Airport in Oakland, Ca and this option $5.49 came up. I was intrigued and I booked my parking spot for 9 days. It said I was supposed to be parking in a lot, with a 24 hour attendant, and a designated SHUTTLE was supposed to pick me up. Once I got to the destination, 56th Ave. lot, IT WAS NOT A LOT. THERE WAS NO ATTENDANT, AND THE PERON EXPECTED ME TO PARK IN A DRIVEWAY OF SOMEONE'S HOUSE! AND TO ADD EVEN MORE, THEY SENT AN UBER. I have never used Uber in my life and I don't know if I trust the drivers. I'm an 18 year old college student. I was in a ghetto neighborhood, it was poring rain, friday night, all alone, in Oakland. Then a 55 year old man, from Uber, pulls up and said that he was supposed to be my ride. I was expecting a shuttle! He could have been lying and kidnapped me. It was by far the most sketchy situation I have ever been in. I did not end up using the parking space in the driveway and still to this day do not even know whose driveway that was. I have contacted customer service many times. It has been a month and I have yet to hear anything back. I thought I was being scammed. For your safety, do not use this website! Or at least the parking."

"Have used WAY for a couple years for parking options in Boston. Reading reviews from WAY that were all 5 star, tried a new parking facility. Had a horrible experience about poor location, unlit signs, locked doors, not being picked up at the airport, having to pay my own taxi back to get my car which was not even at facility I left it at. I wrote a review about this poor experience on the WAY site and it never posted. There were a couple other groups there during my fiasco going through the same issues so I'd guess at least one of them would review as well. Nothing. not a single review on the site since December. My review was a 1 star, I look at the reviews for the business and they only show 5 star reviews, nothing else. Seems to me this is how WAY does business, let only great reviews post so folks will select their promoted businesses. "
