"This was my first experience with Z-Buy.com and although it wasn't completely painless, I have to give them credit for their efforts.
I was skimming through PriceWatch one night when I noticed that they had a Sapphire 9600XT for $154.00, no tax, free shipping, AND the Half-Life 2 coupon. I figured it was too good to be true but put in the order anyway. It is my belief that the intent on Z-Buy's part was to post a listing for a "Lite" retail verson of the card, but the inclusion of HL2 was an error(more below). To their credit, when the package arrived, the "Lite" retail card was in front of me with the coupon for HL2 attached to the invoice. This was a pleasant suprise and a source of much relief. Thank you Z-Buy for honoring your word and producing exactly what I wanted at a great price.
Note: Don't bother looking for the same offer from them. The web page was rewritten to omit the HL2 coupon a few days after my order. They did come through for me though and were true to their word."

I received a call from Z-Buy.com after posting this comment. According to them there was a credit posted to my account. If this was done it is being processed by the bank. Due to the start of weekend I don’t expect it to show up until Monday or Tuesday which is understandable. I thank Z-Buy.com for their prompt response to this issue. I will post a final response and rating as soon as the credit shows up on my online statement.

Well, at first my order was doubled twice... so instead of ordering 1 router I guess I ordered 4. I called them and got this corrected. The guy assured me things were ok. I received my package in the mail and everything seemed fine. The invoice was updated. Then I looked at my bank statement I was charged double the price. I called up Z-Buy Sales/Tech support and they said that they only charged me what was on the invoice. Then I called my bank and they said that Z-Buy had not only charged me double of what I was supposed to pay, but they collected the money as well. My Bank is now investigating the matter. I guess if they get your order right the first time they would be a great seller. If they don’t, be prepared for a hassle."
