"Not sure what to say. I took a chance and ordered from them instead of my regular parts supplier. Order was placed five days ago, and no confirmation email from them as of yet. I have no idea if the items were in stock, or even if the order was received properly. The checkout was calculated improperly, without sales tax included as it should have been, and without the discounts that should have appeared.

I sent an email to them this morning before they opened, and now six hours later, there's still no reply. The worst part is that I have people waiting for their upgrades/repairs.

The next time I'll stick with my regular supplier where a confirmation of stock, and the placed order, is received by email within minutes.

Prices are good, but the service is severely lacking.

A week after the order was placed I'm told that two CPU fans were out of stock, however the CPU's, motherboards and ram that were ordered would be shipped today. This was only after I wrote and asked to cancel the order if it couldn't be shipped today. What good is a CPU without a fan? No substitutions, not even an offer or suggestion. I wrote back and asked that the order be shipped with a different fan, or cancel the entire order.

I've never had so much trouble with a reseller before in my 20 years in business. Either I just had bad luck with z-buy, or other reviews here are e less than truthfull."
