"Z-BUY.COM is a good company to get Parts from but. They send you a E-Mail Responce about your Order. And that is all. I had to send them 2 E-Mails about the Status of my Order. NO RESPONCES for 2 Days. That was 4 Days after Order. It was to be 3 Day FEDEX Shipping I then Sent another E-Mail on Jan, 21, 2004 and found that My order was sent out the Day before on Jan, 20, 2004. Then they sent me NO TRACKING NUMBER. I then Had to Send another E-Mail to get the Tracking Number. There System is to Say that you ordered what you want and then Not tell you ANYTHING ELSE. Use them at your own risk until they fix there Notification System."

It's now Monday, nothing heard from Z-Buy, I call them at their customer service number ***-***-**** where I speak with a Shirley. I gave her my order number, she advised that they are currently out of stock of the Kingston RAM I ordered. I asked her why she did not notify my by the 15th as their e-mail states they would notify me if they were out of stock. She said that she did not know. I asked her when they will have more in, she advised that she did not know. I asked her if they would get more in this week, or this month, again she said that she did not know (see a trend here?). Shirley then advised I could change my order to the Micron RAM for an additional 15 dollars. I advised Shirley she should substitute the Micron for the Kingston at no cost to me. She placed me on hold for a minute and advised she could not do this. I advised Shirley to cancel the order, and I would purchase my RAM through another vendor.
I placed my order with Z-Buy's because of their positive Reseller Ratings here on this site. I am quite upset at their customer service's lack of information, and inability to satisfy their customer's when an order goes awry.
I have canceled my order with Z-Buy, and I would not recommend this Vendor to anybody regardless of their Reseller Rating!"
