"I attempted to purchase a copy of windows 2000 pro, and an APC backup unit from this company. Upon completion of order I noticed not only did their shopping cart generate the wrong order, it generated it twice. Really nice.. Anyway I called up support and had them delete one order and fix the other one, or so I thought. It became apparent that while they did deleted one order, they did NOT however correct the other order. This was of course declined by my bank because I only put enough in my account to cover this purchase, seeming how I don't fully trust this company. It was declined because they tried to extract $589.10 from me when I only owed $361.55. If they decide to fix their stupidity I shall append my review.

Well my bank told me that their charges did go through, even after I told them to cancel my order! So I guess they have my money and I have nothing. Hopefully my bank will recover my funds from these cheats.

My bank just contacted me and told me they did put a hold on those funds, z-buy that is. So they were lying to begin with, the money was there and the card was NOT rejected. I will never do business with these frauds again.

Nice, not only is my money on hold from z-buy.com, but it's on hold for 30 days. Now I have a few hundred dollars I can't touch because z-buy has it on hold, even after I canceled my order. To top it off they failed to respond to my complaint. My bank said they can call the number on the back of my card to cancel the hold, but of course they wont do that.

They finally "fixed" the hold on my account. It took enough emails. They told me there credit card system somehow went off-line when they were punching my data in. They said this is why they were unaware of the hold on my account. So this is what may have happened.. They punched my data in, there system went down and unaware of the hold they put on my account the card was rejected when they tried it again. This would be because they had the funds on hold and didn't realize it. Even though it sounds like a mistake was made they really should have realized what they did. They should have called my credit card company and asked some questions. I told them the funds were there, next time they might believe their customer. However there wont be a next time with me. This still caused a lot of trouble when I tried to use my account at a later date.

"There was a mistake when I ordered it on the site. It was my fault, not theirs. I accidently ordered 2 routers instead of 1. I called them the next day using the toll free #. The person was very helpful. He fixed my order and made sure it got out the same day. It was only 5 bucks for 3 day select. I then got lucky and FedEx delivered it in 2 days. Everything worked great. No surprises. This is the 1st time I ordered from them. I would most definetely order from them again."
