Another issue I have is that sometimes home/kitchen type items only have one photo, rather than multiple photos like other retail websites have.
Lack of photos has definitely impacted my decisions regarding an item.
Shipping is high, and definitely determines if I place an order. It’s rarely worth it if I only have 1-2 things in my cart. "

"Ordered a gift certificate online for a Christmas present. It said the person would receive an email about the gift certificate and they could use this to order. Well after 2 weeks of hearing nothing, and by the way my credit card was charged, I called customer support. They informed me the email was sent. Yeah right. They said no problem we will send again. Once again nothing. Called customer support again. Once again said it was sent but said they would give me a code to use. Well guess what that didn’t work either. Called again same deal. It is now February and still no luck. Never again will I purchase from them,"

"I have yet to have one thing come on time I placed a $200 order. 3 of the things broke within the first day or came with missing pieces. I placed another order it didn't ship out until a week after they told me it was going to ship it still hasn't even shipped actually I was supposed to have it last week and the tracking says on its way to UPS but they sent me tracking confirmation a week ago. Which was still a week later than what they said it would have been shipped. So I was supposed to have it for my daughter's birthday party this past Saturday I don't have it. I ordered it now going on 4 weeks ago yes ma'am"
