"I have purchased twice from Zulily and received terrible quality clothing. First of all, it took a month and a half to get my order (!) so be prepared to WAIT if you are dare to make a purchase... Refunds are only applied to store credit, and you have to pay $8.95 shipping to send anything back. So I tried to spend the store credit and received clothing of terrible quality again, again a month and a half later, only to send it back and be docked another 8.95 for shipping. After three phone calls to Zulily, two folks told me I could get my money back on my credit card and the last one said they all were wrong and I could only get store credit...again. At this point all of my original money will be spent on shipping inferior products back to Zulily. I will never again shop at Zulily and neither will anyone I know."

Very poorly made. Looked good on website. Return policy is robbery as you are charged for return shipping and only given a store credit with which to purchase more garbage. Took 25 days to arrive. BUYER BEWARE of this site and it's lousy return policies and lack of quality garments. Save your time and money. Run, do not walk from this website. Better to make Bezos richer than shop here."

"I ordered a little Christmas dress for my granddaughter. It was supposed to have a purse with a little bear on it. What was sent to me was a dress with a kitten purse. The receipt in the bag said "Dress with Bear Purse."I called Customer Service and was told I could return the item (at my expense) and ask for the correct item to be shipped to me, but there was no assurance I would receive the correct one even though the item is shown to be in stock. Wrong attitude!!! I will never order from Zulily again!!!! "
"After I received a confirmation email from Zulily I realized that some of these items will be coming from China. I found similar items on AliExpress and Wish. To me Zulily is the middle man between us, the consumer and the vendor. A few of the items seem legit but I am sure if you go on those China websites you will find similar items. Lesson learned - I will be more careful purchasing women’s clothing."
"Worst online shopping experience and customer service ever.
Order takes week to come, items squeeze in bad shape within a tiny box with no bubble wrapper not even a plastic bag, considering $8 shipping the packaging is horrible. And their "invite friends and earn credit" promo is basically a scam. My friend placed an order after my invitation, I got email saids I earned $15 credit after her order finally shipped. However there's nothing shows on my online account and no way I could use it. Email them and they told me to call, called them and after been on hold for long time, they throw me with a lot of nonsense excuses but no solution. Never in my life give anyone/anything bad review, but their customer service is not only useless but rude. Done with this company and told my friend to avoid too."
"Need some sandals for summer of 2019? If you by from zuilly you better order now because it's gong to be a very long wait. My three orders took 5 weeks, 6 weeks and 8 weeks each. I'm reluctantly giving them 2 stars because the first two orders was an exceptionally good closeout deal on a very good. product. However my last order, and it will be my last order from them took eight weeks. Turned out be the worst piece of Chinese junk junk, allegedly size 12 shoes, these would have been a tight fight for a size 10 AAA extra narrow. I will not be buying from them again.
