BEWARE

"Ordered a large number of children's Joules clothing. Received 4 of 10 items I was promised and charged for. Now, they tell me they can't get them from the manufacturer and, if they don't ship in 10 more days, they'll credit my card. They are selling items they don't even have possession of. What a SCAM!!! They need to be investigated!"

NO RETURNS!?

"Ok so that’s pushing it, returns ONLY on select items. I learned the hard way with rain boots that are about a half size too small, that only select items are eligible for returns. Would’ve been nice to know before I purchased them"

Zulily Not an Authorized Fitbit Seller!!!

"I purchased 2 Fitbits from zulily!! Approximately 100 days after I got them, they both stopped working!!! I called Zulily and they had me call their warranty dept. Warranty said there was nothing they could do for me. Zulily had told me to call back if I got no help from Warranty. I did and they told me there was nothing they could do for me!
DO NOT PURCHASE FITBIT PRODUCTS FROM ZULILY! THEY ARE NOT AN AUTHORIZED FITBIT SELLER!

Returns might as well say there is none

"So my daughter got 4 shirts for Christmas, from someone not me, they are a size 4T well first she is now in a size 5T so big deal I will return them and get bigger ones right.....yeah right that is not going to happen, and so now I have 5 year old with 4 princess shirts that she can not wear nor will customer service exchange them for anything similar in her size. Oh and lets not forget when I hold up the shirts they are all different lengths. The longest of then 4 might be a 4T. This is crap and as someone who has shopped here for years will never buy anything again thanks to them not being about to exchange the shirts because I have no way to get the persons account information. "

You might as well shop Wish

"A little over 4 years ago I bag an shopping at Zulily. Everything I ordered way wonderful! The shipping was slow but tracking was good and I became a regular customer. Once a necklace didn't shop up and they refunded with wonderful customer service. After 2 years things began to change. Sizes were way off children's shoes and some quality went down hill. I got pickier about what I ordered less. Now I had ordered 2 coats; one a small for a gift and one for myself with matching pants. Just the coats arrived yesterday. The coats are from the same company but not identical. Otherwise I would not even know which coat was meant to be a small or medium. The "medium" is marked 2 Xlarge. Not on the coat but on the tag. I weight 130 lbs and am 5'4" tall. I wear a medium. It just barely fits me. The other coat not marked with a size at all is bigger on me than the "2 Xlarge". The pants have not yet arrived. When I emailed this issue to zulily, the customer rep was happy to report to me the pants were on their way and I could return the coats! The pants will do me no good without the coat. The quality of these products are poor. I would have accepted the poor quality and just stopped shopping this reseller had the sizes even been uniform. Right now I'm trying to get a refund as I don't want store credit so I can order more crap from them. Even the salt & pepper grinders (kalorik) did not work right out of the box. Save yourself. Don't shop Zulily."

Dear Zulily,
I first off would like to express that I am very disappointed in you company. I have sent several messages to you about how unhappy I am with the items I have received from your company. First, I still have not received the cream cowl neck tunic even thou the tracking number says that it is at the mail. I have checked several times. Also very disappointed with the delivery, you charged me for fast delivery and that my items would be here before Xmas which they were not as I check the post office several times. I am so glad that I did not rely on these items being gifts, as the product is ridiculous thin and cheap. Ordering a large size for an adult women should not fit a 10 year which that's who it fits, my 10 year old niece. I thought this was a reliable Canadian company, your prices are definitely hefty and I excepted good quality product. I spent $174.00 and I am so unsatisfied. I know now why you have a no return policy. I will be putting this out to social media and letting all my friends and family know about your company. I would of except more from a Canadian company, so disgusted!

Horrible customer service and shipping.

"I ordered some Christmas outfits for my children and toys for Christmas on November 24, 2017. I ordered them early because wanted to receive the items so my kids could wear them at various Christmas events we go to in December. The same day I ordered various items from many different stores. We fast forward to December 17, 2017 and I still did not receive any items from Zulily. I kept checking my account and it said it still was not shipped. Meanwhile many of the Christmas events that I ordered the clothes for already past. I had to pay for shipping for the Zulily items, yet many of the other companies I did not have to pay shipping and already received the items. I ordered over a $100 worth of items from Zulily, yet ordered much less from some other stores and they still did not charge me shipping and managed to get me my items quickly.

I wrote customer service. I was very polite and simply asked that they ship out my items since its been so long since I ordered the items and I needed some of the items before Christmas. The customer service person sent me a generic answer that I could check into my account when my order will be shipped. That's unacceptable. The customer service person should be able to answer the question being asked. I then received an automated email from Zulily asking how many customer service experience was in the form of a short survey. I filled out the survey stating I was not happy with my customer service experience. They have a button to click if I was not happy and am not able to leave an explanation why I was not happy. Then later they ask me to rate myself as a customer and what I could have done to solve my own problem. There they left a box to write a detailed answer about how I could have done better to solve my own problem. lol. I thought this was so crazy and rude. Yes, there are some people out there that you can't please and that will complain over everything but a company shouldn't assume everyone is like that. They were assuming that they employee was fine and its the customer that is at fault every time.

I also did check the shipping status before I wrote customer service and it said NOT shipped. So that's why I was asking the customer service if they could please ship my items. I checked my account today when I was looking for the invoice number and it said my items were shipped December 10th. This is simply not true. It also says delivered December 21st. Even though they are wrong about when it was shipped its still a long time for shipping.

The items came a few days before Christmas. They did not deliver it by UPS or Fedex like they did in the past. When I pay as much as I did for shipping I really do expect it to be delivered by one of those companies. Instead they had the USPS deliver it. In my area we all have postal boxes at the outside of my community and the employee will be a postcard in your box telling you to drive all the way to the post office to pick up your package. So I had to go in do that after it was delivered almost a month after it was ordered.



I think some of the items they sell are unique and cute, but would never buy from them again unless I hear they drastically improve. Yes you may order from them and not have any issues. That happen to me the last time I ordered from them, but just realize they may take an insane amount of time to ship your item and if you do have an issue customer service may not be that helpful. I also don't like the arrogance I felt the company was showing by having a customer service survey like that.

Unhappy

"I have purchased from zulilly in the past and not had a problem. This year, I ordered quite a few gifts. For four items that were guaranteed by Christmas, I was alerted they were taking longer than expected and they couldn’t give me a delivery date. I ordered two pairs of boots, one for each daughter, to wear on Christmas. One pair came and the other I received the alert on. I was given the option to cancel the order, which I did. Then, I ordered a different pair, also guaranteed by Christmas. I received them, but in the wrong color. I emailed them and was told I couldn’t get the color I wanted and they would send me a shipping label and I could send them back. It put me in a bad spot since I wasn’t going to have any boots. I chose to keep the wrong color. They offered me a $5 credit, but after all of this, I have no desire to shop there. I emailed them
back to express that I was unhappy with the situation and why, and nobody cared. I will never give them my business again.

"IVE MADE ABOUT 5-7 ORDERS FROM THIS SITE AND I CAN HONESTLY SAY THAT 1 PAIR OF BRAND SHOES WAS THE ONLY THING THAT FITTED WELL. I ORDERED A PAIR IF BOOTS THAT WERE 2 SIZES TO BIG AND YOU CANT RETURN ANYTHING IF YOU DO KISS YOUR MONEY GOODBYE BECAUSE ZULILLY AINT PARTING WITH IT. NURSE SCRUBS 3 PAIRS TO SMALL, 2 PAIRS OF SHOES 2 SMALL 1 PAIR OF ANKLE BOOTS THE HEELS FELL OFF. MOTO JACKET XL FITS MORE A MEDIUM TO SMALL, 1X PANTS THAT WERE A LARGE SIZE FITTING.

SEVERAL TIMES I PUT STUFF IN MY CART JUST TO COMPARE DIFFERENT SIZES AND COLORS THAT SOMEHOW ENDING UP BEING ORDERED AND MORE RECENTLY A $65 HOODIE THAT WASNT EVEN IN MY CART. THE ONLY WAY I DISCOVERED IT WAS AN EMAIL SAYING YOUR HOODIE IS ON THE WAY. I COMPLAINED THEY SENT ME A RETURN PAID POSTAGE BUT CHARGED ME A RESTOCKING FEE OF 20% AND A CREDIT TO BUY MORE USELESS JUNK. A PAIR OF QUIPID SHOES 2 SIZES TO SMALL.
THIS SITE IS THERE FOR ONE PURPOSE TO GRAB YOUR MONEY AND HIDE BEHIND CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO APOLIGIES. ONCE YOU GIVE OUT YOUR DEBIT CARD INFO ITS THEIRS TO DO AS THEY DAMN WELL PLEASE. THINGS SITTING IN CARTS SOMEHOW END UP BEING ORDERED.

DO NOT ORDER from this company!!!

"DO NOT order from this company! I order items, waited 1 month, items nothing like they were posted (cheap fabric). I order over $200.00 worth of items. Then went to return and they charged me $48.00 for return shipping, gave me five (5) days to return or loose my credit ($182.00).

Three days later received the remaining order that had been left-out. Had to request another return label ($8.98) and they gave me an incorrect sequence of numbers (as I had to use the original label for the 1st return). I lost over $108.00 by ordering from this company.

Have contacted the Better Business Bureau and the American Express Company for assistance with fraudulent business activities.

Awful customer service

"They sent me the wrong item and when I called to figure out what to do, they informed they were going to waive the fee to send my WRONG item back and refund me once they got it. What? You charge because you sent me the wrong item? Plus, you can’t even make it right and send me what I really ordered. Secondly, you have rude costumer service reps who act like you are an inconvenience to them after spending money with a company who employs them! Will never shop here again. And will tell all my friends as well!!!! "
