"I did a lot of searching for a company to build my new custom laptop. after looking at all the different brands i settled on the Clevo X7200. When it came to the "who" i was shocked at how many companies there are that build. I settled on AVADirect for a couple reasons. They have the largest selection of components and I heard that their customer support was first class. If I had a question it was promptly answered and it was by the same person. I got what I wanted installed from AVADirect where other companies did not offer what I wanted and cost more. Thank you"

"Recently I decided it was time for a new computer. I am a gamer but a computer klutz. After much research I knew what parts I wanted, but I knew I couldn't build the system. I looked into several online boutique builders. AVADirect had the best selection of components, as well as an easy to use site. Soon I had my new machine on order. The few requests I had were easily passed along to the techs via their website, and everything was done as I asked. The computer was packed well and shipped quickly; it was in great condition. I caused myself a problem by messing up some Windows settings, but it was quickly sorted out with the help of AVADirect customer service. The techs and reps I dealt with were very helpful, polite and friendly. I love my new computer. I couldn't be happier with the service, and I would not hesitate to order from them again."

"After looking around the web at several online builders for a custom workstation/ gaming machine I found AVA direct to be the best place to get exactly what you want. In my case Joe Mundy helped me with any potential bottlenecks or conflicts with the case I chose. Every question was answered when I checked my email again. Even a question late in the game was noted without delaying the build. Shipping was faster than expected and the box arrived completely undamaged.
The computer itself is blazing fast, but well balanced for my needs. The care with the build is evident in the packaging down to the cable management. All the performance tests were in an organized folder on my desktop.
Overall, the communication, price, and what you want is what you get attitude of AVA Direct is why Ill be coming back in the rare event this rig ever becomes obsolete. If you haven't figured it out yet, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a DIY, but built to order PC guaranteed by a reputable and skilled builder."

"I used to assemble my own computers, but I got tired of it and bought a custom computer from AVADirect instead. I like how their site allows me to select components, even down to the CPU thermal paste.

"Configuring and orderig my system with AVA Direct was the best decision I could have made in regards of replacing my older computer. I was considering another online builder but due to AVA Direct providing the biggest selection of components, I decided to give them a try. After researching the various components that I wanted for my new system, I went through the online configuration page and pressed the place order button. Once I placed my order, a customer service rep was assigned to my build and he was there for me to answer questions and also to record any special instructions I had such as drive letter assignments, paging file location, etc. Not only did he ensure the build went without a hitch, but he also followed up once I received the system. That brings me to another point, the packaging. I was amazed at how well the system was packed. I had them remove the graphics card due to its's weight and they packaged it separately. Both the computer and card was package very professionally. Once I received the system, I placed the graphics card back in the machine and it fired up without any difficulties. It now has been running for 5 days and I have yet to have any difficulties. I highly recommend anyone wanting to custom build their own computer but doesn't have the time nor tools to ensure all devices are functioning correctly to order from AVA Direct. I will be ordering another replacement system in the near future and will return to AVA Direct. Excellent experience!!!"

"I would encourage anyone in the market for a custom computer (or even a basic desktop) to order from AVADirect. I recommend AVADirect without hesitation. On August 25 I placed an order for a custom gaming desktop through AVADirect's website. Their configurator is easy to use, offers significant variety and options for all components, and displays the model number for each component. This last point is important, as AVA's competitors do not list the model numbers; because AVA does, you know EXACTLY what component you're getting.
The prices are very reasonable - the markup is insignificant and well worth the professionalism of the build.
Communication with customer service is excellent. They provide a message system through the website and they're very responsive. They also always answer the phone and wait times on hold are short to nonexistent. Much better than the major manufacturers.
The system itself is flawless. It was double-boxed for protection, well packaged with packing peanuts and foam blocks, and comes with complete instructions. They literally give you the manuals and extra hardware for all your components, in addition to drivers.
The wait time between the date of order and shipping can be a bit long, but it's a fair price to pay for amazing custom builds. I even made two last minute changes (added two components) and they still only needed 1 extra day to complete the build.
They benchmark and test the PC for 72 hours before shipping, and the benchmark results are included when it arrives.
Overall, my experience with this company was amazing! They're responsive, professional, and incredible at what they do. I will definitely buy a computer from them in the future. I recommend them to anyone looking for a solid PC at reasonable prices. Simply: they're the best of the best, and their prices are lower than their competitors."

"I bought a CLEVO P150 from AVADirect. It's a great machine, they put in all the extras to match my order, dual boot, prepared a complete test report, the whole thing just great. I talked to their support while waiting for the shipment and later, when the cooler they shipped turned out to be defective (not their fault, new in box). They stayed with me all the way to get that returned for credit. Happy to do business with them again."
