Outstanding customer service
"Hayden Abel provided service like I didn't think existed anymore. He helped me solve my problem of not knowing the installer code which required a "default" and reprogramming. I'm not as young as I once was and was a bit apprehensive about the project. He provided several documents on how it could all be accomplished. For a small fee he helped me understand the process and helped me work through a couple stumbles. I'm really grateful to him for helping me get my 11 year old DSC system back in shape with wireless keys, a new transformer and new smoke alarms. I now own and control the system instead of the company that screwed it to the wall. That's important to me."

Good Company
"My Purchase was not received even though the tracking system states it was delivered to my mailbox. Although this was not the companies fault. It was the fault of the USPS. I would suggest they selec another shipper."

While we're happy to assist you in resolving the apparent mis delivery or lost package, I don't understand what we could have done differently and why you are you penalizing us with a negative review. This is a merchant review for AlarmSystemStore not a USPS review. We did everything we were supposed to, even getting your package out the same day ordered even though the order came in past our shipping cutoff time for the day.

There is nothing that we could have done differently other than maybe to recommend you use UPS, which we generally do if we speak by phone. I realize the postal service can be frustrating sometimes, but it seems unfair to punish us with a 2 star review because of their poor service. Would you kindly reconsider your review based our performance rather than the shipping carrier?
