Caught short
"We picked up the car on the 14 Oct returned on 30 Oct paid for road side assist which we needed on the 15 Oct.My wife rang the car company and could not get through,she then rang the road assist and they told us the road assist was for only one day IE first day,Cost to us was 138 euro,for some one to come and change the tyre, i had a blowout there was no jack or wheel brace in the car Re road assist.We also had to buy a new tyre, We gave the company on our return all receipts of our cost and also fill in a report for damage tyre.Cost for tyre 110euros My wife sent off another report to the Vehicle supplier [Noleggiare].Not bloody happy with this company."

Spent about 2 hours, till i got car.
"Firsr i have to talk to the person on screen, not with person over the counter. Paid for standard car, they are was trying to give me compact. After that, took us some time to find a car location, location that have been printed on reservation did not existed in Tampa airport. Went to "dollar/thrifty" rep on parking lot, she gave us keys to the car that was dirty inside and was not a standard car that i paid for. Finally i went back to rep and asked for the manager, in few min i got a car that we loved. Would not rent again from dollar or thrifty."

Didn't get desired car
"We paid extra for a convertible, and when I read the fine print it said if the rental company couldn't fufill our request it would give us a better car than we paid for (not worse). All of the convertibles were recalled apparently which we were never told until we arrived at the rental company. When we told them we were supposed to get a better car, the rental company argued with us that Atlas Choice wasn't even a valid third party company to rent thru (which didn't make sense). We were not given an alternative that was better than what we paid for. We were given something that was worse. I didn't get my money refunded because I had prepaid. It was a horrible experience because the convertible was a surprise birthday present for my significant other. When we ended up with something worse than a mustang convertible I was very upset and the situation was never rectified. I will definitely be renting through a different company next time (despite the cost savings with atlas choice)."

Lose your choice of rental company
"Atlas chose Fox rental company for us. They provided very poor customer service, and several times tried to overcharge us or add other fees in addition to our already paid bill. Do yourself a favor and don't prepay through Atlas."

Pleasent
"Yeah, I've rented with Budget at the Dublin Airport, was all good except one thing. We rented before and always went straight to the pick up point where they created a contract and gave us a car. This time we did the same, but once we've got there, they told us to go back to the airport and so they can create a contract for us. And then come back to the pick up point.
Bit annoying.
But two young lads were very nice, had a lil chat about the car, so all good :)"

"Upon arriving FLL, we were unable to ascertain which car rental company held our reservation with Atlaschoice. After checking with four of them with no success, we rented a car on 07-Nov-2016 with National (at a cost of $426.27). We are therefore REQUESTING A REFUND FROM ATLASCHOICE IN THE AMOUNT OF $190.94, THE AMOUNT CHARGED FOR A CAR WE DID NOT USE.

First time hiring a car... definitely not my last time!
"This is the first time i have ever hired a car. I honestly thought it was going to be a lengthy/complicated process once I arrived to pick the car up, to my disbelief, it took all of 2-3 mins to sign the document, pick the keys up and be on my way. The drop off was even more easier and required very little on my part.
Atlascchoice offered a wide range of hire car options and within my price range and the whole process was easy, quick and without any stress. Will definitely be using them again on my next hire car... especially since they gave me a vocher for my next hire!"
