"I was quite pleased to find that Axent Micro's price for a certain external hard drive was $60 lower than the manufacturer's price and the general online standard.
Axent's customer service was quite cautious about credit card security- after a short call to a very helpful staff member, the order was underway. It arrived within four business days, and all was well. I'll certainly consider Axent Micro the next time I require hardware."

"This is a good company with low prices, and a website that takes some patience. I've been satisfied every time I ordered from them. At times, I corresponded with Frank to change an order or clarify something, and he was very prompt and friendly. One time, I accidently ordered the wrong item. Axent Micro took it back and shipped the right one without missing a beat. Sometimes newegg looks like it has lower prices, but Axent Micro does a better job at grouping items for a lower shipping cost, and a lower overall cost. I get all my canon ink from them."

"This seems like a very good company to buy from. I usually use newegg, but they didn't have the item I wanted. These guys had it, have good reviews and a customer service presence here (which was a strong reason for my purchase with them) so I felt ok buying from them. Their web site is a bit lacking, but it works. My only minor gripe is that they don't give tracking numbers. You get the tracking data that ups/fedex provides, but it's via their web site. So you don't get the estimated delivery date."
