"This seems like a very good company to buy from. I usually use newegg, but they didn't have the item I wanted. These guys had it, have good reviews and a customer service presence here (which was a strong reason for my purchase with them) so I felt ok buying from them. Their web site is a bit lacking, but it works. My only minor gripe is that they don't give tracking numbers. You get the tracking data that ups/fedex provides, but it's via their web site. So you don't get the estimated delivery date."

"These guys used to be a great company. They have done an about face over time it seems. You can no longer call this company. Yes, they list and 800 number and it connects to a phone system, but no matter what option you choose you will never speak with anyone. I urder you to try it before you buy from them. All you will do is wait on hold for a couple minutes and then be disconnected. I ordered from them on a Sunday. All the items I bought were listed as in stock. My credit card was billed immediately. Nothing happened on Monday. On Tuesday my order was listed as backordered so I emailed them to cancel the order. They replied Wednesday morning that they could not cancel it because it had shipped and tracking numbers would be available shortly. Shortly after that the order status was changed to "Order Approved" which means it's ready to ship. After a day in that state (no tracking number) I emailed them Thursday to get the stats. I emailed them again on Friday saying I wanted tracking numbers or the order cancelled. I got a responce on Monday that said the the motherboard shipment was delayed and they have not shipped my order yet. They made no mention of cancelling the order. It's obvious that these guys are doing whatever it takes to keep orders in the queue. They don't answer phones because people can cancel then. This is a shady company now. I'm sure some people are ordering and getting parts, but that's because they are in stock. If that's not the case or you need to otherwise talk to someone you are in big trouble with these guys. It's a real shame... this used to be a great place."
