"Ordered and installed 1700 sf of Natural Acacia and everything fit together very well with extremely minimal damaged pieces. Made a huge difference in the look of the home and so far it has been durable and wearing well. Would definitely use this product again."

"My experience with BuildDirect was excellent -- I called many, many times as I researched and ordered my floors. Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable, helpful and patient. They sent me numerous samples. They advised me on everything from what glue to use, the wood lightening up over time, shipping, transitions/moldings, etc. I couldn't believe when the wood actually arrived - in perfect condition! I would definately use BuildDirect again!"

High quality, good prices

"I ordered the 36" model from Golden Elite Cabinets Bathroom Vanities - Mayfield Wood Collection. It was shipped when promised, and the packaging was the same high quality as the vanity itself. I just wish there were an 80" model for my other bathroom."

"The shipment was received as promised with the correct ordered material. I think my installers were a little fast and loose with some of the flooring and I ended up slightly short of needed supplies, but when I called Builders Direct, even tho nothing was showing as available in my particular selection, they had the needed flooring on hand and shipped immediately. I was completely satisfied with the ordering process and the flooring which looks great in completion!"

What could go wrong.... LOTS!!

"So many things could go wrong when ordering large orders. I ordered 1400+ square feet of hardwood. I was cautiously optimistic, hoping the wood I ordered was as good as the description. They didn't have a sample available, so I was sort of taking a chance, although they said they'd cover return shipping if I wasn't satisfied. Delivery guys was great and it arrived without incident. Some of the reviews complained about the wood quality, but I've installed several floors and this wood quality was outstanding (4.5/5 stars!).during the install we actually commented on the number of medium and long planks, and sufficient shorter planks, but they could have easily added more short planks and I'd have still been pleased with the product. The floor went in without incident and the finished product looks amazing. Their customer service is top notch (5/5 stars) and when I buy material for the next projects I will be buying from builddirect. Great prices, great quality, and incredible service; all the qualities that create customers for life!!"
